Enjoy your vacation relaxing in our 3 BR/1 bath cottage that is a short walk or bike ride to the beach or quaint town of Union Pier that offers a hometown bakery & coffee shop, beach equipment rentals, and a market for last minute necessities you may need for your stay.
Start your day on the large back deck with a cup of coffee while taking in the sounds of nature.
Spend your days reading under the shade of the Willow tree in the sprawling back yard or comb the beach for sand glass and driftwood!
Enjoy home cooked meals ~ grilled on the front deck or prepared in the well equipped kitchen. There’s also a variety of nearby casual or fine dining restaurants to choose from!
Relax your evenings away in the private back yard sitting around the large fire pit making s’mores for dessert.
Simply pack your belongings, food, drinks, beach towels, and personal items and you will be completely prepared for your summer get away. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your beach vacation.

Linens and towels are provided. The home offers air conditioning through out. Cable television and wireless internet are also provided. The house is outfitted with a DVD player, movies, books, games, and puzzles.for your evening downtime.

Please note that the minimum age limit for renters is 25 years of age and that person is responsible for the entire group during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is on a quiet street, a short walk away from a couple restaurants, a bakery, and a gelato place, which was great!

Great Family Cottage

Great cottage for a family trip. Within a reasonable walk to the beach. Fantastic nature setting, we were greeted with a wild turkey family every morning. Fantastic value for a vacation.

The location was great! Nice quiet and small neighborhood. We enjoyed nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunsets. Also able to walk to the bakery and Gelato shop. It's a very short drive to the state park and other small towns. The house was comfortable. The outlets and light switches are touchy and could use an upgrade. Some more cooking dishes/supplies would be great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Met our needs

This home is close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Great location and appreciated the large back yard and fire pit. Newer appliance and fixtures are a bonus. Could use a deeper cleaning overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great summer getaway!

Overall, we (myself, my husband and our dog) had a great experience staying at this property! The house had more than enough room for us, and the yard was huge. Good assortment of outdoor seating options; we even had a fire one night. The location is very walkable to multiple restaurants, a market, the cutest breakfast spot and a brewery. The beach was about a 10 minute walk as well from the property. The house was close to railroad tracks, but we slept with the window AC unit on and then weren't bothered by any trains. This was a perfect long weekend getaway for us!

Nice house but...

The house is nice and the owners were very responsive to our questions. The only problem is the electrical outlets are not up to code, particularly in the kitchen. If you want to stay here inquire as to whether or not the electrical service has been updated

The property had everything we needed. It was clean and the yard was great. Short drive to the lake or breweries. Would stay again if in the area.

Glad we rented here

Rental was comfortable and suited our needs very well. Located a few blocks from Black Currant bakery (their cinnamon rolls are amazing!); and (basic) grocery store which was very convenient. A bit of a walk to the beach which I actually enjoyed (and gave me the opportunity to wear off the cinnamon roll lol). Communication with renter was very good. They were very accommodating and considerate. Allowed us to enter rental early. Texted me one of the days to let me know he was in the area and would like to cut lawn - and wanted to make sure this wouldn't be an inconvenience for us. Small recommendation would be a dish rack for drying hand-washed dishes. Would consider this rental again in the future :)

Nice Quiet Relaxing Weekend

We enjoyed staying at this property. Quiet area with a spacious backyard. Nice porch and grill to cook our meals. House was a good size and clean. Good location to the beach. Walking distance to town. Property owner was great about communicating with me on all my questions. Will stay again!

PERFECT for Family of 4.

Nice, clean, comfortable house for our 4 adults in August. Location is close to local businesses, beaches are a short drive/walk, and restaurants, breweries & wineries nearby. The Welcome Basket was a nice touch with snacks & S'mores makings! Everything we needed to stay, including beach towels, toys & chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of hot water (even after 4 showers!) & lots of bath towels. Owners were very quick to respond to inquiries. Would definitely recommend & stay again!
