Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light filters through wide sliding doors as you ease into the day, coffee in hand, with the pool just steps away and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Inside, rooms are thoughtfully arranged so early risers, late sleepers, kids, and adults all find their own rhythm. Evenings invite game tournaments, shared meals, and quiet moments by the Spa after a full day in the Orlando Area.

The home
This five-bedroom villa is designed for relaxed group stays, blending indoor comfort with easy outdoor access. Two master suites anchor the layout - one on the first floor with a king bed and direct access to the pool area, and another upstairs with a king bed. Additional bedrooms include a Mickey-themed twin room, a beach-themed bedroom with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A queen pull-out bed in the family room adds flexible sleeping space. In total, the home accommodates up to 14 guests and offers 2.5 baths.

Living spaces
The family room brings everyone together with a sectional sofa, a 65-inch Smart TV, and sliding doors that open to the pool area. A dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door makes it easy to handle remote work or planning days at the parks. Throughout the home, ceiling fans and central air conditioning help maintain a comfortable indoor climate year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals and casual breakfasts alike, with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in dining area nearby. Whether you’re preparing simple snacks or full dinners, the layout keeps the cook connected to the rest of the group.

Outdoor living
The private screened-in pool and Spa are available all year, creating a peaceful setting for both active afternoons and slower evenings. Pool and Spa heating are available for an additional fee. Outdoor seating, dining space, and a gas BBQ grill make the patio a natural gathering spot, while a convenient half bathroom provides easy access from the pool area.

An air-conditioned game room offers hours of fun with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, arcade games, board games, and a Smart TV. Younger guests are well accommodated with a themed room, indoor playroom, outdoor playground, and family-friendly amenities including a crib, Pack ’n Play, and high chair.
