Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home
This entire home in the Orlando Area is designed for comfort, connection, and flexibility. It features five bedrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests, making it well suited for families or multi-generational groups. Two bedrooms are full master suites - one on the first floor with direct access to the pool area, and another upstairs. The remaining bedrooms include a themed twin room, a bedroom with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. A queen pull-out bed is located in the family room. All bedrooms include Smart TVs and ceiling fans.

Living spaces
The main living area brings everyone together with a spacious sectional, a 65-inch HDTV, and easy access to the outdoor pool area through sliding glass doors. A dedicated workspace with a door offers a quiet place to focus when needed. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen centers around a large island and flows naturally into the dining area and family room. It’s equipped for shared meals and longer stays, with a full kitchen and dining table ready for casual breakfasts or evening dinners. Breakfast is provided, making mornings especially easy before heading out or settling in.

Outdoor living
A screened private pool and spa are available year-round and open 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. The patio includes outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill, creating a relaxed setting for time outdoors. The backyard is private but not fully fenced.

Entertainment and family features
An air-conditioned game room offers pool table, ping pong, arcade games, life-size games, and more, along with a 55-inch Smart TV. Families traveling with children will appreciate the themed room, children’s playroom, outdoor playground access, crib, Pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s books and toys.
