Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The open-flow family room, kitchen, and dining area create a natural hub for time together. A sectional sofa and 65 inch HDTV set the scene for movie nights, while large glass doors bring in gentle light and lead directly to the screened-in pool and spa. When extra sleeping space is needed, the queen pull-out bed is available. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers a quiet setting for remote work.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is arranged for easy meal prep on relaxed mornings or simple dinners after theme park days. A central island and nearby dining table keep everyone close, making it easy to stay connected while cooking or sharing meals.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. The first-floor master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and bidet, plus direct pool access. A second master suite upstairs includes another king bed and its own private bathroom. Additional bedrooms include a Mickey-themed room with twin beds, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. Each room includes a Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Game room and indoor activities
The air-conditioned game room brings entertainment for all ages with arcade games, ping pong, a pool table, foosball, a Smart TV, and board games. A children’s playroom with toys, books, and games adds another space for younger guests to enjoy.

Outdoor living
The private screened-in pool and spa are available year-round, with optional heating for an additional fee. Outdoor seating, a dining area, and a gas BBQ grill support relaxed downtime or easy meals after a day out. A half bathroom with direct pool access adds convenience.

Family-friendly details
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby safety gates, children’s dinnerware, children’s books and toys, and life size games. An outdoor playground and nearby lake access offer additional ways to spend time together.
