Within minutes of dining, shops, and entertainment, this condo is just a short drive from all-season adventure at Killington Resort. Winter guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding, and summer visitors can take advantage of the lifts to access Adventure Park and a variety of hiking and mountain biking trails. Green Mountain National Golf Course is just up the road. Guests will also enjoy on-site access to a suite of deluxe, resort-style amenities including a pool, spa, sports, and fitness facilities.

At home, unwind in contemporary comfort with a fully appointed interior equipped with all the essentials of home. Settle in beside the wood-burning fireplace in the living room to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV in the living area, or head out to the patio for post-hike and apres-ski cocktails. The kitchen comes equipped for home cooking with a full suite of appliances including a gas range and dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Additional in-home perks include a private washer and dryer, free WiFi, and baseboard heating.

Primary guests will enjoy main-floor bedroom access and a private en suite bathroom. A second guest room on the main floor includes a desk for remote work flexibility. The upstairs bedroom features a loft style layout with a dedicated desk and smart TV. A shared, full bathroom is available on the main floor for household convenience.

In winter, an easy stroll will take you to the Rutland Killington Ski Shuttle for transport to the slopes. You can catch the bus to downtown Rutland too. A great selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options are all within minutes.

THINGS TO KNOW

Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
