2 bedrooms, 3 Beds, 2 Bath 1062 sq ft condo situated on the upper end of K Street close to the boardwalk, partial ocean views from the private front balcony. This is located on the 2nd floor, community elevator in building. Central AC/heat, Wi-Fi, Keyless Entry-Self Check-In, 1 garage space plus 1 outdoor space in our private lot for vehicles.

*Master bedroom has a Master Bath with tub, 2nd bath has a stand-up shower. Master BR-Queen bed. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen & Twin bed. Hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner provided. Linens for beds and bath towels provided.
*Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses (Kid friendly dishes, cups and utensils also), toaster oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker (bring your own ground coffee or pods).
*Full-Size Stainless-Steel Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher
*Sunny living room has a 50" Amazon Fire Smart TV...No Cable, you need to use your login to access Netflix, Hulu, etc.
*Unit has a stackable washer & dryer. Table ironing board & iron provided.

*Assorted Games, Puzzle Books, Coloring Books
*Fireworks are visible from the front balcony, no need to leave the unit
*No Beach Chairs, Towels or Umbrellas Provided
*No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs

If you are responsible persons who will respect the property, I welcome you to stay and enjoy Ocean Dream and Hampton Beach!
Plenty to do in the off season. Portsmouth NH is 20 minutes away, Kittery Outlets are 25 minutes away, Manchester Airport is 45 minutes away.

Jean is an incredible host. The property is always spotless and it is located perfectly. It's nice to sit out on the porch and see the ocean. It's perfect for viewing fireworks. The house is stocked with many items which is extremely generous.

Location, Location, Location

Located a 3-minute walk from the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, bars and shops, this was the ideal location for a weekend getaway. With secure and convenient parking for two vehicles, this second floor two-bedroom is clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. The owner responds quickly and provides accurate and helpful information. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation just a stone's throw from beautiful Hampton Beach!

Excellent experience! Location was perfect - close to everything yet off the main strip so fairly quiet. Plenty of amenities and little extras - games for the kids, coffee fixings for the adults, toiletries for anything forgotten. And everything was so clean and comfortable! The owner, Jean, was fantastic - very communicative with clear instructions and great local suggestions. Looking forward to staying again in the future! Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay! Highly Recommend

Great host and lovely home. Well stocked and very clean. Host was great with communication and left a basket of essential in both bathrooms. Quality bedding’s and furniture. The parking and balcony were a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend.

Amazing Stay!

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable condo in a prime location in Hampton Beach. Jean is a wonderful host and responds immediately to any questions. We loved all the fine touches she provides like the coffee, snacks, cleaning supplies, etc. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed 3 Nights at this Lovely Clean - Comfortable Condo !! There was 4 of us - it was organized - had many supplies stocked - extra fresh towels !!! We loved having our coffee outside on the deck The location is Great !! Very close to beach and stores - bars We stepped out to Portsmouth 20 min away had a fine Italian dinner ! The host is very responsive and helpful .thdnk you got a wonderful stay !! Parking for 2 not on street was Excellent !!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Location was perfect, so close to the beach. Jean was very easy to communicate with and we also appreciated that the home was much better equipped than other properties! Everything we needed was there and even some games and toys for our little ones and we will definitely come back!

The nicest VRBO we have stayed in! The little touches make the difference... from the snacks, extra k-cups, well appointed kitchen, deck, garage for parking, and super clean condo... this place was awesome! Beautiful 2 bedroom in the heart of Hampton.

The property was as described and looked better than the photos. The host includes so many little extras like kcups, snackes and most importantly Aloe! We were a little worried about the proximity to L street but we were pleasantly surprised at how well the building quieted the noise from the nearby bars and restraunts. The host was amazing and communication was flawless. This was definitely our favorite rental we've stayed in at Hampton to date. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed a great week with the sand sculptures. The location is easy access to the Beach, and dining at Bernie’s, Sea Ketch, Boardwalk, and The Goat.

Awesome beach getaway with friends

Perfect Location

I can't say enough about this property! Location was perfect. My mom is 83 and can't walk too far and stairs are not good for her. This unit is in an elevator building and has a deck with a gorgeous view. The walk in shower was another plus for my mom. Beds are super comfortable. The unit was clean and spacious. The host is extremely responsive to questions and I am looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Jean for being so kind and for renting your property to us.

Highly recommend

A great place to stay. It was beautiful, clean, had every amenity we needed plus more. It was a perfect location and had 2 parking spaces which we needed and was hard to find. The owner was very responsive and impressed my teens, which is hard to do. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great property

The location is perfect! Walk to the beach and the strip, but with the unit on the second floor and having central AC, you can relax once you are done for the day. The host has thought of everything as well, extra K cups, snacks, games, and well appointed furnishings! Great place for a week.
