Please note that they are according to studio apartment standards included in the reservation price as standard sheets and two towel sets of 3 large towels, 2 face, and 2 hand towels. If you require an extra set of sheets or towels, you can request it at the front desk upon arrival. The extra set is for a fee

The balcony is available for your stay , but is very important to read the balcony rules.
Access to the balcony is for $50 fee per stay (already included in your reservation), you can find it under "service charge" (administrative fee).
Guests declare using the balcony on their own risk and will never ask the owner for any compensation for physical injury or material loss /damage of personal things that happens on the balcony.
Guests of a Residential are prohibited at all times from engaging in the following activities on the balcony :
-Sitting or leaning heavily against any balcony railing.
-Cooking, throwing objects, hanging clothing or towels, and the placement of signs of any sort other than as specifically permitted by NRS 116B or other applicable law.
-Placement of furniture, for sale signs, , umbrellas, satellite dishes, shades, awnings, plants, equipment, materials, or bicycles.
-Engaging in obnoxious or offensive behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise.
-Leaving the sliding glass door to the balcony addicted to each Residential unit open or unlocked when mot in use.
-Leaving children unsupervised or allowing the child's activities to disturb other Residential Unit Owners or Guests.
With making these reservations I'm confirming I read all the rules and the descriptions and I understand all of these. I hereby agree with all rules and descriptions in full range. I am strictly liable for and obligated to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel Unit Owner for any and all liability arising out of mine or my Guest's use of the balcony, including but not limited to transient renters.
Moreover, I acknowledge that throwing, dropping, or otherwise causing the release of any objects from a balcony may constitute a criminal offense in violation of Nevada Revised Statute sections 200.471, 200.481, 202.470 and 202.595, and that such action may constitute a felony which could result in a five (5) year prison sentence and/or fine up to $10,000.
The balcony is without furniture because of Palms Place Safety Rules.
The balcony is not the property of the owner but property of the Palms
Place and the Palms Place Management will not tolerate any unlawful activity occurring on your balcony. We will be strictly enforcing our rights pertaining to the balconies to the maximum extent provided under the Governing Documents, Nevada Law and Equity.
If rules are violated, the guest will be charged a fee of $200, which may be deducted from the reservation deposit.
We do not provide ashtrays and recommend guests not to smoke on the balcony as it may be a hazard.
