SERENITY ON THE BAYOU with boat slip option
Located right on the Marina with views to celebrate. This home was built in 2022 and couldn’t be more perfect for family and friends to relax and get away from all the traffic near the high-rise hotels. Enjoy dolphin views from your private balcony as you enjoy your favorite beverage at sunset or your morning coffee.
The kitchen is a chef's dream. Well stocked with lots of counter space and a breakfast bar to chat while cooking or serving. Daydream doing dishes while gazing out at the spectacular views.
Comfortable leather recliners and couch where you can sit and watch the 72" tv or watch the boats sail in and out or do both!
The decks are set up to enjoy the water views and visit with friends and family with several chairs and tables and a lounge for sunbathing.
The first bedroom has bunks and a full bed for one or two with a nice boat theme and tv to boot.
The next bedroom features a comfy queen bed and boasts lots of dresser space for clothes. It also has a tv in case you need to catch up on your favorite programs.
The Master is located high above so you get the best views of the marina. It offers a king size tempurpedic bed with room darkening shades for dreamy sleep. Watch the most beautiful sunsets before drifting away.
Less than 300 feet from the front door you will find a newly built playground with swings for parents to observe while the children play.
Visit the many art shops and seafood restaurants in historic downtown Panama City only 2 miles west or drive a short distance to our famous sugar sand beaches.
If downlown doesn't offer the entertainment you want visiting St Andrews is a must. A 7 minute trip down beach drive along the water to the absolute best restaurants like Alice's, Uncle Ernies and Hunt's Oyster bar. Afterward stop at St Andies for your favorite sports team or hideaway at Burgun Barrel for a glass of wine or specialty bear. Don't miss breakfast at Finns.
Bring your boat! Slips are available for rent just outside the home. Or just one block away is a public boat launch. We have plenty of room for you to park your truck and trailer.
Only a 40-minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches Airport.
I self-manage this home so you will not incur any additional administrative fees.

Found out I had a knack for offering guests a great experience and truly enjoyed learning about them and hosting them. Moved Panama City, a popular vacation destination and obtained a few properties that I thought would be great to share with people

I was lucky enough to snap up a beautiful newly built townhome on a Marina in an area where waterfront is hard to come by. The idea that guests could drive right up by boat is a bonus.
This area is growing by leaps and bounds so close to the ever expanding and innovative downtow Panama City. With only a few completed reservations through another venue it already has a 5 star rating with most guests planning on returning

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Master bedroom has a top floor view of the Marina and the beautiful boats that dock there. Lower deck has the same outstanding view. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular
