Step out onto the spacious deck to unwind with friends and family while enjoying backyard games like corn hole, grilling up a storm on the BBQ pit, or snuggling around the bond fire pit.

I took pictures that depict the house more accurately. The outside is not being kept up. Fence was being held up by straps connected to the back patio, kitchen floor peeling and uneven, bath towels had holes, stain on master bed comforter and clear packing tape covering holes in flooring. The neighborhood was less than desirable. Not the standards we expect from VRBO rental.

Thank you for your feedback. We always take guest concerns seriously and want to provide clarity for future travelers. The fence is fully intact and secure; there is a single support strap that was added as a preventative reinforcement, not due to structural damage. Regarding the exterior landscaping, this visit occurred during a seasonal period when some plants naturally go dormant or decline, but routine maintenance is ongoing. Our home is located in an established, older neighborhood, which many of our guests appreciate for its convenient location. Neighborhood preference can be subjective. We maintain a fully stocked linen closet with extra towels and bedding, and our home is professionally cleaned between every stay. If any towel or bedding item showed wear or a missed stain, we would have been happy to replace it immediately had it been brought to our attention during the stay. No issues were communicated to us at the time. This sheet in the photo has been replaced, I have also worked with my cleaner to make sure we don’t do this again and I admit it was mistake putting that sheet on. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and remain committed to maintaining high standards for our guests.

Quiet and comfortable property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and we loved all the details left by the owner. Well stocked kitchen and quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this house and the location. The house is full of conveniences (coffee, snacks, toiletries, etc) and a very well stocked kitchen. Lots of room. An excellent host who communicates well and cares about the customer experience.

Close to everything
