Enjoy relaxing and enjoyable indoor and outdoor living with a front-row view of the Flatirons while you're in Boulder. You'll have this tastefully remodeled adorable S. Boulder home all to yourselves. A short bike ride or drive to Chautauqua, Pearl St., CU-Boulder, trails, shopping, and restaurants, make yourself at home or get out and explore!
The interior living space includes about 900 square feet with remodeled and updated rooms, an updated washer and dryer, hardwood floors, and a large kitchen ready for cooking, serving, and entertaining.
Outdoor living space includes 1/8+ acres of xeriscaped and privacy-fenced front and back yards, a peaceful deck and walkway around fruit trees in the backyard, a private driveway, and mountain views.
Newly updated in February 2022 with brand new central heating air conditioning, smart thermostat, and high-speed internet.
The entire house and property are available except for a locked storage room and garage.
Other things to note:
1. Sleeping. Sleeps up to 5 comfortably on two queen beds and one fold-out, full-size sleeper sofa. Find your comfort through combinations of various pillows, sheets, and blankets that are available.
2. Entertainment. Cable TV, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and other apps on the Samsung smart TV.
3. Supplies. Bathroom supplies are located in the hallway closet and other household supplies are under the kitchen sink.
4. Other. No smoking or pets inside the house.

The home is located on a bike route and is a 2-min walk from a bus stop with regular service to Boulder, Denver, and Denver International Airport. The home is a 5-min drive to US-36 connecting you to Denver, and Estes Park. Drive or walk to shops, grocery stores, coffee, and restaurants in Table Mesa and Baseline shopping centers.
