Updated home with Ocean views, beach, central air, firepit & outdoor shower!

Stylish home a few steps from Keyes Beach in Hyannis, the sounds and scents of the ocean are right at your doorstep. There are ocean views from almost every room. No need to drive or pay for parking. The convenience to be able to walk back and grab a snack or to use your own bathroom cannot be overstated.
Main Street is a mile away. The historic mile-long Main Street is perfect for shopping, dining, strolling or people-watching. The JFK compound is just a half mile away.

In addition to the amazing location, you will find every room stylishly decorated. Almost every surface has been freshly painted. The 2 full bathrooms have been recently updated with contemporary finishes. There is a new outdoor shower!
There is central air in most of the house (one room upstairs with bunk bed has a portable AC) , and the wifi connection is excellent. TV’s in all bedrooms and 2 family rooms. Enjoy morning coffee in the beautiful sunroom overlooking the ocean and Keyes Beach.
Full kitchen with all utensils, stainless appliances, Breville grind and brew coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and many ingredients. Linens and towels are included. Brand new extra large circular patio with firepit overlooking Keyes Beach. There is also a 2nd patio with a fairly new grill in the back. We have parking for 6 cars. Home is certified as a short term rental in Barnstable.
Sorry no pets, no smoking.
Imp note about beach: Keyes Beach may close on occasion based on weekly testing. This happens to several cape beaches and is not predictable. In the event that this happens we are happy to reimburse the cost of 2 daily parking passes/per day to any Barnstable Beach. Also, we have noticed that Eugenia Fortes Beach, an easy 10 min walk is rarely ever closed. Please note that there is a security camera over the garage that looks at the driveway

Beautiful home where we stayed for a "girls trip for 4 former co-workers. The house was very well appointed and stocked with everything you could need. Loved the home decor and we recognized pictures from other places we have visited! Beach views and access was amazing especially considering the lovely weather we had. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this home. It was a perfect location next to the beach and they provided so many beach essentials. The home had a warm and cozy atmosphere and was toddler friendly. It was close to town and easy to get around Cape Cod. We had great communication with the host before and during our trip. We will definitely recommend this home to others!

The house was beautiful and the location to the beach was excellent. It was right across the street. Couldn’t be easier. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and there were seven of us in the family. The owners, Naureen and Steve, were very responsive to any questions we had And they made the check-in and checkout process very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place to stay

Great house, well decorated ,stocked with all kitchen needs just bring your food and drinks. Walk across to the beach and easy drive or bike ride into town. Hosts were very responsive.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much! A beautiful view of the Hyannis Harbor and Keyes Beach. The house was fully equipped, clean and very functional to meet all our needs. We especially loved having fires at night while just a few feet from the water and the nearby town!

Our family spent five nights in this beautifully decorated home! It has a perfect location that is across the street from the beach and near shops and restaurants. We had everything that we needed and more. We highly recommend staying in this house!

Great vacation in a fantastic location

We had an amazing time spending 5 nights at this home. It checked every box: 1. Location can’t be beat- steps away from the beach and walking distance on a completely flat road to Main Street, 2. Well cared after and beautifully decorated home with everything you could need for a beach vacation 3. Very attentive and accommodating hosts. We look forward to returning next summer!

2024 Girls Weekend

We have stayed many years in West Dennis. It was not available this year. This home had everything and more and was perfect & comfortable for our stay. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and /or more communicative. We have a new home for our next year’s stay!

WONDERFUL! 5-star stay! We were a family of 6 in town for a family event - our first visit to the area. Picked Naureen’s home based on reviews, photos and location.This home is better than the photos depict. Fabulous furnishings and amenities. Hosts have thought of everything a family will need for an enjoyable stay. But first - the view of the water, very short walk and you’re on the sand and incredibly comfortable outdoor space. We hosted family for a lobster bake and had plenty of outdoor seating. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit, and appreciated the wood provided. Hearing the waves was relaxing. No traffic to speak of from the public beach parking across the street. Two living areas with sofas and TVs was great. TVs in bedrooms were great. Fire Stick worked well with YouTube TV. Side 3-season porch was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Very clean basement and great washer/dryer. I rent a lot of beach vacation homes and this one is by far the leader in beach equipment supplied by the hosts / MANY high end beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, towels. No need to pack your own. We can’t wait to return!

Cape Cod Girls weekend!

Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a lovely location extremely clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. It was very relaxing being able to wake up in the morning, raise the shades and look out on the water. Strolling across the road to the beach whenever we wanted to walk on the beach or take a dip in the water was very convenient. We were close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, yet in a peaceful setting. People in the area were very friendly and the hosts were very accessible. We would definitely return!

April Weekend Fun

What a wonderful rental! We absolutely loved it and would rent again! Location was perfect - steps from Keyes Beach and ~ 1 mile walk from Main Street restaurants, bakeries and shops. House has great layout - 2 living rooms, sun porch, 2 outdoor areas including fire pit and dining/seating areas, newly renovated bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Wonderfully appointed - adjustable beds; new pillows, linens and towels; kitchen items, equipment and staples; tons of beach gear including lots of chairs - way more than typical rentals! Naureen was a wonderful host with great communication and response time. Loved this place!

4 besties celebrating our 60th birthday year!

Our experience was phenomenal! The hosts had a sweet gift waiting for us in honor of our special bday celebrations, the detailed instructions in the guestbook were great, and the home had everything we needed and more! They thought of everything to make the stay truly feel as though we were walking into our own fully stocked and happy home! We did not want to leave! It is also centrally located to all of the Cape. You simply can't go wrong staying here! The four of us certainly hope to make it a yearly adventure! Thank you Naureen and Steve!

2nd annual Ladies' Weekend!

4 BFFs from high school (class of '88!) decided last year to finally begin an annual weekend away with each other. Last year was our inaugural trip in Wareham, and this year was at Naureen's property in Hyannis. We absolutely loved it! The minute we walked in, we didn't want to leave. Fantastic location with Keyes Beach directly across the street and easy access to lots of shops and restaurants (we highly recommend Añejo Mexican Bistro!) on Main Street about a mile away. We're all from MA but didn't realize that Hyannis had so much to offer — even in the off season!. Each of us had our own comfy bedrooms— nice bedding and pillows in all of them. The bathrooms were great — especially loved the tile and shower in the downstairs bath. Pretty! We enjoyed coffee/tea on the porch that looked out onto the ocean, and the firepit area (we didn't light a fire, but did sit there to recap our weekend) was perfect. Being able to exit the house and walk to the beach in less than a minute was priceless. If you meander down to Hyannis Port Beach (less than 2 miles away), a bit of the walk is a very quaint boardwalk path. Such beautiful houses to look at while wandering around and catching up with each other. We'd definitely stay again! Naureen was prompt in answering any of our questions, and whoever does the housecleaning does a top-notch job, as the house was in pristine condition when we arrived. Can you tell that we really adored staying here? Don't hesitate to rent this lovely home!
