We use high-quality Merv 11 hyperallergen air filters, replaced monthly, to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment. Your observations about dust and allergies will be discussed with our cleaning company to ensure they adhere to our standards. As for the kitchen and laundry area, we do not provide any spices except salt and pepper, and they are stored in a cabinet away from the washer and dryer. We'll make sure that this information is clearly communicated to future guests. The trash bin outside is specifically designated for this unit and is of a standard large size, with daily pick-up schedules to accommodate our guests' needs.
