Fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. This home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and mid-century modern furnishings. Cozy den with 65" smart TV for all your streaming needs. High-speed internet with strong WiFi throughout the home. Inviting living room with fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove/oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, crockpot, and all of the dishes and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals at home.
There is also a private fenced backyard with a charcoal smoker and comfortable shaded seating for your enjoyment.
You will find the location of this home extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and many entertainment opportunities. Access to the Augusta Canal Trail and Savannah River is just down the street in the neighborhood. It is a wonderful place for walking, biking, or boating. This home has everything you need for work, play, or just relaxing at home in the Augusta area.
**** Please be advised that this property is situated on a hill and low clearance vehicles such as sports cars will not be able to access the driveway. Street parking is available but requires you to walk up the steep driveway to access the home. ****

Comfy beds!

The house is well appointed, we lacked for nothing. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Augusta!

Better Than We Expected

This property is setup like a model home. So very clean and everything was in place. Everything worked like it should. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need including nut snacks. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner's communication was prompt before and during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here.

We came to Augusta to visit family and this home was so beautiful. Great use of space. Very clean and plently of room. We definitely will stay here again.

Most Beautiful VRBO We Have Ever stayed in!!

Absolutely beautiful property. Owner is fantastic, house is well stocked with everything you need and is impeccably clean. Beds super comfortable , linens nice and plush. We travel a lot and this home is by far my favorite! Excellent communication! Will definitely stay here again. A++++

Wonderful property for the whole family, dogs included. Host was very quick to respond and informative. Very convenient location and the house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and spacious.

Great Property

Came into town for a tennis tournament with multiple sites and this location was convenient to all of them. Nice, sleepy neighborhood with no excitement making it perfect. House was clean and zero issues. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

2nd visit - we love it!

This was our second stay at this property. We love it! The house is very comfortable and clean. The beds are comfy and we appreciate that there are 3 queen beds. I had trouble getting into the lockbox on arrival but the owner was great! She communicated with me and was able to get the cleaner there within 10 minutes. I really appreciated that as I've rented places before where it takes hours to get a response. We will definitely be back!

Details needed

The driveway needs to be detailed in the listing. It was raining when I arrived and I nearly had to put the truck in four wheel drive to get up to the house. This is the steepest driveway I have ever had to drive up. If you drive a car you will not be able to make the entrance and get up to the house. This really needs to be mentioned in the listing. I didn’t see anything about it until I received the welcome information. The interior of the home is nice and renovated very tastefully. The yard needed some maintenance and to be mowed, and the gate needs a double sided latch if you are going to continue to have the key on the back door. How do I return the key to box and then get out of the backyard??

Beautiful Ranch style home

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. There were 5 of us that came down to visit my uncle who is in ICU. While there, we had to clean out his house. We spent days at his house cleaning and the evenings were spent lounging at this comfortable abode. We either sat around the dinning room table talking or in the room where the fireplace is. There was a record player that absolutely facinated one of my nieces. One would put on some smooth jazz as we had a wonderful visit together. We will have to go back to Augusta from time to time. I really hope this property is available. I had a tough time getting the lock box cover to open when leaving. I simply put that last key on the counter in the kitchen and locked the door, The other one was already in the box. If I had to make one request, It would be to put trash buckets in each room. There were only 3 in the whole house. I would have liked to have seen one in each room. Also the garage remotes need batteries. But those are simple changes. A big Thanks to Charity and her husband for such a great time. I look forward to renting it again.

Perfect place for our family

We absolutely LOVED this house. We were in town for our sons surgery(perfect location, 10 min drive). We fell in love with this house. It was very cozy; the beds were actually very comfortable (which is rare in many homes we’ve stayed at). We never even turned the TV on because it was in the other sitting area and we just never went in there. We played games and hung out in the main living area instead. The furnishings were perfect. It made us all feel very at ease and relaxed. I hated to give this only 4 stars because of how much we loved it. But, wanted to give an honest review for future vacationers. This in an older home and thus, has an older smell to the house. I ended up going and buying febreeze Small Spaces scents for the bedrooms. Another improvement I would suggest is the lighting. It was very dark. It could use maybe brighter bulbs or maybe some floor lamps in the corners. And the last thing was just that the a/c unit was very loud. I thought there was a storm outside at first. Lol. Luckily you cannot hear it much in the bedrooms, just while we were in the living areas. Again. We would 1000% stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone I knew coming to the area. The improvements I mentioned above are not a huge detriment in our eyes, but we wanted any potentials to know in advance. 😁
