No expense has been spared with this absolutely stunning, newly built country manse. Situated on a large private lot, the home has 3 living rooms, 10 comfortable bedrooms, 6 full baths, a 34ft x16ft heated pool, outdoor kitchen with a 42" Viking Grill, a large sauna and 7 person hot tub. With 7000 sq feet of living space, there are too many amenities to list.

The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family reunions, trips with your friends, ski getaways or just weekend escapes - this home has everything for just about everyone.

The lower floor consists of a 2500 sq ft game room, including a 9' professional pool table, 14' shuffleboard table, foosball table, a bar and refrigerator, and an 85" flat screen Smart TV with Prime, Netflix, Disney+ preloaded for the ultimate experience in entertainment. The lower floor also has a 7 person sauna, 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bath.

As you make your way up to the main floor, you are welcomed by the spacious yet cozy gathering area. A modern eat-in kitchen has all the amenities of home and surrounding dining areas seat up to 30 people comfortably. Centrally situated living room with cathedral beam ceilings is perfect for entertaining. It boasts another 85” Smart TV and an electric fireplace. The main floor also has 4 full bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for your convenience.

Jump into a heated 34' pool right outside on the patio, or relax in the large 7 person spa! The impressive patio also has an outdoor kitchen with a state of the art Viking grill and bar seating, as well as plenty of seating for barbecues. Just kick back and take in the fresh air and gorgeous sunsets while drinking your favorite glass of wine or an ice cold beer!

The 3rd floor is comprised of 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms in addition to a large den with A-line beamed ceiling. This cozy room has a gaming table and a large Smart TV!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable home. We have a very large group and there’s plenty of space for everyone. This is our second year staying at this house and we would definitely love to go back. Tina, our host, is very helpful and available at all times if needed.

My family of 24 have been to many different homes for Thanksgiving and everybody unanimously agreed that this was the best of all. The kitchen was really great, lots of room, two ovens, two sinks, and really well stocked. The sauna and game room were big hits as well. The host was very welcoming and checked in before during and after to make sure everything was good.

We have a lovely time! The house is BEAUTIFUL, clean and spacious. The heated pool was a lovely add on to be able to swim in September. Would recommend. Tina was so available and easy to work with and yet in contact with for any questions.

Our extended family of 27 enjoyed an amazing week. We had fun in the pool and hot tub, playing pool and foosball in the game room, and watching family movies on the large tvs. Plenty of tables for all of us to eat and play cards and games after dinner. The house is exactly as promised. The owners are attentive with quick texts to make sure everything is as expected. It was a wonderful reunion vacation.

Family Vacay

We had 24 people staying here, ranging in age from infants to elderly. The house was set up nicely for every family to have their own rooms, beds, and bathroom. Each of the 3 floors has an open common area, with bedrooms off to the sides.It does get loud in there with little ones.The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The Mt. Wismer hiking trail is a beautiful, easy-to-moderate hike with an entrance just down the road. It is a relatively remote location, situated near the top of a winding road. The nearest grocery store is about 15 minutes away, down the mountain. The temp is cool up in the mountains and the stars were beautiful at night.Tina was a very responsive host. We would recommend this for any large gatherings looking for a scenic retreat in the Poconos.

Great Space for Groups

The house has ample space for groups and is close to many outdoor activities. Tina and Boris were exceptionally responsive to text and call both before and during the stay and checked in on our group even afterwards looking for any feedback to make stay for future groups better!

Family reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There was something for every age group. We had a very special 90th birthday party outside under the pavilion by the pool! The hosts were very helpful and easily accessible.

Great Stay

Beautiful house and property with more than enough room for our group of 25. Plenty of activities on the property between the pool/hot tub and game room in the basement. Very clean and well maintained. Hosts are also very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating, would definitely recommend

Lovely Overnight Retreat

This was the perfect space for our large group to spend a relaxing evening together with all of the amenities for cooking and entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable as well! The virtual guest guidebook was very thorough and answered any questions we had.

Great stay!!!

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious with a big kitchen, which made it perfect for our family. The sauna was a nice bonus, and we really enjoyed the big TV with great sound. The billiard table was a fun addition, and having a crib for the baby was very convenient. One of the things we loved was the large wooden tables, which made everything so easy for us. We set up one table for the kids and used the bigger tables for the adults, which worked out perfectly for meals and gatherings. Originally, we planned to go tubing, which cost 100 per person, but since the front yard was large and the snow was frozen, we had a blast sledding instead! The homeowner even provided sleds, which made it even more enjoyable.We had such a great time that we’re already planning to come back in the summer to try out the pool. Looking forward to another amazing stay!

The perfect weekend winter getaway

I recently stayed at the property with a group of 28 people for my birthday ski/cabin trip. I can't say enough about how wonderful the house was. Tina was the perfec t host! She made sure everything was pristine and ready for us, even calling me beforehand and checking in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. The house was sparkling clean, and had enough space for our large group. My friends couldn't stop telling me how much they loved the house. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again, and I'd tell others that are looking for a house to rent for a large group they should stay here too.

Plenty of space to sleep and entertain

We had a great stay! We all fit at the tables to eat, there were three living areas, each with a couch and TV. The hot tub and sauna was a great bonus!! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, utensils and pans.

Over the Moon at Modern Pocono Chateau

We knew it was a large house that slept 30 but to actually see it was something else. We couldn’t have asked for more. We had 23 stay. We played games, my brother now wants to somehow get a sauna as he loved it. It was a great kitchen and we used the grill outside as well. The beds were comfortable, lovely towels and supplies in the bathroom. We will definitely come again. The hosts were wonderful and called to see if everything was right when we arrived.

Beautiful Home

26 friends (+/- 40yo) stayed for a weekend and had an amazing time. The house is even more beautiful in person, communication was great and check in was so easy. Highly recommend!

Pocono home

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-maintained house! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spotless, with comfortable beds, and a beautifully designed living space. We especially enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!
