You can expect a quiet and peaceful stay! Our home features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths with 3,500sqThere’s enough space for 10 guests of space a large living/family room, a brand new kitchen with sittings, a cozy fireplace, beautiful dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and many other amenities. When you’re here, enjoy your morning coffee in the private fenced-in backyard with a large deck or wind down your day in the soak-in tub.

We traveled from out of state to have a baby shower for my daughter-in-law. The host allowed us to have our event in the home which was very nice and went very well! The beds were comfortable, showers were nice and very nice towels for the bathrooms. However, the home does not offer accommodations for meal prep, eating in, or comforts for spending time in the home relaxing together. Repairs and updates needed. Overall our stay was pleasant and having brought everything in accommodated us well for the shower. Communication and response time on questions and comments was slow.

Quiet neighborhood. The property itself could use some basic updates but for our needs it was fine. It was close to everything. The property managers were very responsive when we had a small issue or questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of Missing Details

Beds are amazing. If you just need a place to sleep this is your spot. If you are looking for other advantages of a house then you might struggle. Kitchen is lacking good cooking utensils. Grill is rough. And the kitchen sink plumbing and refrigerator started leaking water all over the kitchen floor during our stay. Not to mention lots of small details that have been missed...door handles falling off, paint peeling off the dry wall above the shower, shower heads spewing water at the connections. Again, if you just need to sleep and will be out of the house, would highly recommend. Hosts communicated quickly. House just needs a lot of work.

Very Responsive Owner

The owner was very responsive to any of our needs and immediately responded to address any issues we may have been having. The attention and priority was much appreciated.

Pros: It is spacious, prompt communication, quiet place Cons: Unclean refrigerator, unstable chairs, unclean heater air vent(we started to cough several times when we turn on the heater), no lamp in the dark area (small living room, stairs) and no dish soap, not enough number of spoon

Will never stay here again

Idk who cleans for them but they do a terrible job. Cob webs hanging in doorways, looks like no one has vacuumed under the couch cushions in years, dirty dishes still in the dish washer, and the dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned very good. The floors are really sticky in a lot of places. Living room window lock is broken so someone can come inside. Do not expect to use the grill on the back porch. It is super rusty and cannot be cooked in even if there was propane to use it. If you want to grill out bring your own propane and clean the grill. I find it hard to give them a good rating. We left their home as it was when we arrived. All the trash was taken out. All the dirty towels left in the bathrooms. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and we started it before we left. No big messes were made. No smoking inside or even outside beings none of us adults smoke. We were charged extra because we had 12 guests and not 10. We didn’t even use all the bedrooms considering we had babies in their cribs. Sadly it seems like getting more money is more important than maintaining the cleanliness of the home to make sure guests have a good stay. I sent them a message like the review I’m posting regarding these issues and it’s been two days now with no reply, but while I was in their home they called my phone back to back wanting to come collect the $100. I’ll never in my life stay here again. If you do be prepared to do the dishes yourself.

All good. We stayed out mostly. Just at night we’re we there. Need to fix the grill out back. Rusted out and no gas. Looked unsafe. Just in case someone gets their own propane tank.

Lawrenceville rental for Family trip.

Host was very responsive, check in was easy, and home was nice and roomy and the beds slept amazingly, she even helped us with a special request. ♥️
