Forget about life for a while and come take a picture on the giant Muskoka chair at Casaluce’s Cabin. Sitting on the shores of the West Arm of Lake Nipissing and near the popular Mashkinonje provincial park. 137 feet of Cambrian shield at shore line with excellent swimming and fishing right out front. This spacious 1140 Sq Ft cottage is approximately 3 ½ hours from the city of Toronto. Open concept dining and kitchen area with large windows overlooking the water; 2 large bedrooms, which sleep 8 comfortably and 2 pull out couches which adds the potential of another 4 sleeping areas. Plenty of decks and docks to enjoy the summer and water with family and friends; More of a winter person? Come enjoy ice fishing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling on the many trails in the area! I recently spent 4 days at this cabin on the west side of Lake Nipissing, and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin was very clean, easily accessible, and well-equipped with everything you might need—games, utensils, pots and pans, and plenty of cozy spots to relax while enjoying the beautiful waterfront view.We were lucky with perfect weather during our stay, which meant I was able to get out on the canoe every day for some exploring and fishing. That said, even if the weather hadn’t cooperated, the cabin had plenty to keep us entertained with a great selection of games, movies, and TV shows.Overall, it was the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor adventure. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others and look forward to returning myself!

Best cottage rental ever!

This place is wonderful! We definitely intend to rent it again. The cottage was spotless. Also, it was a very nice layout for my two adult sons, my wife, our dog, and myself. Dock area is gorgeous. Good wifi so able to get a little work done when needed as well. Grocery store, gas station, church and tavern an easy drive 15 minute drive down the road. The entire experience was excellent. Can't wait until we get to spend time there again.

Great spot on the French River

Had a great Father/Sons trip with family and friends 2nd week of July/24. This cottage has everything you would need to have a great time. It's clean and very comfortable. The owner was excellent at returning any inquiries and followed up to make sure we were having a good time! Would definitely book again.

Casaluces cabin

The stay at casaluces cabin was great! You literally dont need to bring anything ! Its a clean well layed out cottage . With lots of games and TV on raining days, which we needed . The weather we had was off and on rain, so it was alot of going up and down stairs!! 😆 we definitely got our steps in!! We had 4 teens in the house , and not once did we hear im bored!! Boat rental and fishing was a plus!! Owners were easy to reach and very responsive! Overall nothing bad to say. Was an amazing trip with family and friends !!

Clean and quiet spot

Tano has a sweet set up, we had the cabin full with 8 people and didn't feel crowded. Check in and out was a breeze. Grocery store is close and convenient, water access was amazing, and lots of places to lounge. One thing we really appreciated was the deck on the water that had hand rails and gates, we have a toddler and is was nice to be able to put her down while on that deck and not worry about making her way into the lake. Hopefully see you next year!!

Great host great well equipped property

This place gives you everything, surprises you more with how complete and loaded everything is. The hosts are excellent and communicate effectively and are available to answer any questions. Booked the place from Vrbo . The kitchen is full of all kind of supplies, sugar, sauces, cofee, kettle, cofee maker, utensils and enough toiletries shampoo . It even has bug sprays and sun screen in the cottage. Just wowwww, we brought everything but were super excited to find all the stuff available. The lake water is deep at boat dock over 8 feet. Chair dock has around 4 feet. It has a paddle boat, canoe, life jackets, fishing rods, crab cages , only missing a motorboat 😅. There are games, PS4 , bean bag toss, dart board , shuffle board, axe throwing, board games, books, movies dvds etc. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath enough for 8 people. Happy and will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks to Tano and Casaluce for great hosting they even put a bottle if wine for us, Too bad we dont drink :) Only thing is in peak summer the portable AC did not cooled the bedrooms and wish it had another portable unit to place in dinning room connected to bedrooms. The water of the lake is ok to swim but its not sandy , has some weed and depth is 8 feet from boat house deck. We had fun swimming but water clarity is not there like most small lakes in area.

Fun family experience in a beautiful location

We spent the July 1 long weekend at this cabin with 4 adults, 3 kids and a small dog. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and amenities and the overall warmth of the cabin. It is a very comfortable cabin with a beautiful view, and lots of games and activities. The kids enjoyed the board games, outdoor games and canoe and paddle boat. We brought a paddle board and this was a great location for that. The kids also loved fishing and sitting in the big chair. We will definitely be back.

New to Cottaging and impressed

Tano was quick to respond and provide support when needed. It is the little things that truly makes a difference and found having bug spray, lighter, ice, a dog tie off, and outdoor games like axe throwing and bean bag toss really made the difference. Everything we needed was available. Lots spaces to hang out outside (on the deck, on the other deck, or on the cottage deck and outside near the BBQ or near the campfire. If this is what cottaging is like, I won't accept anything less in the future :) oh if my teenage sons say they had fun and would go back for another week in the future, it was a good week vacation (but they fought like usual because hey, they are brothers lol)

If there is anybody that could say they have the experience to truly understand how to have a good time and forget about the real world for a while it’s me. I enjoy fishing and will have no problem giving you the right spots or tips you need to catch your next meal or just to make that first memory. A very laid back guy who understands that memories at the cottage last a lifetime.
