The Tanner Place is a centrally located, one bedroom apt perfect for any occasion to stay in Lamar! Ideal for an overnight stay passing through on your travels, your own space while in town to visit family, or offered on a monthly basis.

Long term rentals accepted at $1,500/month. Fully furnished, including wifi.
The space:
The Tanner Place offers a a spacious living room, brand new custom kitchen, private bedroom and bath with a washer & dryer.
There is an air bed to accommodate 4 guests, bedroom itself sleeps two.

Rodeo Retreat

This apartment was the perfect landing spot after a HOT day at the Missouri Juniors Rodeo. Having the small kitchen space with fridge and freezer allowed for cold snacks for day 2. Property was clean and had a great positive vibe. Off street parking made for easy unloading.

Property very well maintained. Perfect for small family. Communication with owner was spectacular. Questions and concerns were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in or near the Lamar area.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable and pleasant. As advertised. We stayed one night while visiting family, and it was perfect. Host answered questions promptly, and check-in was easy.

For my 1 night stay, it was close to perfect! Cozy, tidy, quiet, very cute! My only complaints, I would have expected more coffee to be available and at least some creamer and sugar. Also, there was very little water pressure in the shower. Other than that, excellent place for 1 person or a couple!

We will be back!

The Tanner Place was outstanding! Kylin is the perfect Host and ever so accommodating. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The Tanner Place is super clean, cozy and calming. Clearly, Kylin loves her place with the thoughtful and sweet touches throughout. This offered us the perfect space to spend time with our new baby grand daughter and grandson. We will definitely visit the Tanner Place again.

Rental was very clean. With nice white crips linens in the bed. Convenient washer and dryer if needed. And most importantly a coffee pot with coffee! Easy access to the side door. Quite and safe neighborhood located across the street for a school with 24 hr surveillance.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment exceeded expectations. I drove from Colorado and my sister from North Carolina to visit family in the SW Missouri area. The apartment was centrally located to family in neighboring towns. It is situated across the street from an elementary school. There were activities at the school on several evenings and there was no noise or traffic disturbance noticeable. It was quiet, very clean, and there was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook some meals and entertain a family member during our visit. We both enjoyed the bathtub with it's reclining back and armrests suitable for reading while taking a little soak. There is off-street parking that is right by the entrance - it doesn't get any more convenient than that. At the time of our visit it hadn't been listed for very long and we provided some suggestions to the property owner for some adjustments to make for future guests; but but even if none of our suggestions get implemented there is nothing negative to list about the property. We will be sharing information on this rental with other family members for them to hopefully utilize when they visit the area.

Nice clean home!

Clean and refreshing space for our family of 4. The air mattress worked perfectly for the kids. The location was nice as well with a school and playground across the street. Overall a really nice place to stay!
