A cheerful, quiet two-storey semi-detached house in the Ligoneri settlement by the coast 5min drive from the old town of Spetses. The property sleeps up to 5 people in one triple and one double bedroom. Both floors of the property offer a breathtaking, unlimited view of the natural bountiful surroundings that extend to the sea and as far as the eye can see. Guests will enjoy the lovely sea views and easy access to the Ligoneri beach at the foot of the complex. Avoid the busy Spetses downtown area while enjoying the benefits of easy access to the local beaches and tavernas.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen together with a living/dining room area and a large balcony that seats 5, overlooking the Porto Heli straits. The house is in the new settlement of Ligoneri, a 5 minute carriage ride by the coast, North from the main port. At the foor of the settlement is a small beach named Ligoneri.
From the balcony you can gaze upon the breathtaking, unlimited view of the natural bountiful surroundings that extend to the sea and as far as the eye can see. It is located next to a beautiful byzantine church, and is close to the local beaches of Vrelos, Kaiki, Agios Mamas and Agios Nikolaos. Furthermore it is 5 minutes walk to the closest horse and carriage, that takes you to the beaches on the back of the island (remember, no cars allowed on the island!)
Please note, at the top of Ligoneri settlement there is a mini market where you can make your purchases or ask for home delivery during your holidays.

The house is located 25 minutes walk from the main port of the island (dapia) and 30minutes walk from the old harbor where most of the restaurants and bars are located. There are no cars allowed in the island but in case you rent scooters you can park them in front of the house.
Please note that there are two bus stops nearby. Cheap local buses offer transport to Dapia and Vrelos beaches.
