Sandy Cove is a freshly updated condo with a modern style located on the 3rd floor. This cozy retreat is just steps from the beach and has everything you need from cookware to beach equipment. This unit is ideal for a couples getaway, but can sleep up to 6 comfortably since the sleeper sofa features a queen sized bed by Cozy Mattress. This is a top of the line sleeper that you can sleep on without feeling the framing. The beach is a short walk from the condo where you can enjoy fishing, snorkeling, or just relaxing in the calm waters of the inlet. The Space:
This unit is cozy, yet spacious. The living room features a Cozy Mattress sofa sleeper that has a queen sized bed with 8.5" mattress making it comfortable for anyone to sleep on. Sit down and relax and stream your favorite show on the brand new HD Smart TV or play some board games with your friends or family. Both bedrooms have brand new Nector mattress to help you get the quality rest you need. There are 2 full spacious bathrooms to make getting ready for a night out a breeze. Overall this unit is a great place to vacation and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We provide almost everything you need from cookware to beach equipment along with quality service to give you the best experience possible. Guest Access:
The keyless entry lock makes it easy for you to come and go. The lock has an app to lock/unlock the phone via bluetooth. You will be provided with an eKey and a personalized code so you don't have to worry about having your phone. In addition, you will have access to everything in the house to include laundry and beach equipment.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Please be respectful as there are many full time residents, but don’t hesitate to say hi! It is a privately owned street so traffic is minimal and it has easy access to the beach so that you can enjoy the sugary white sands and blue water. The sunsets are breathtaking, and some evenings you can enjoy an aerial show from local P-51 Mustangs and other small planes. On Thursdays you can go to the dune at the end of the street or walk just a little bit further out to the beach to watch the fireworks at 9 pm sharp.

Getting Around:
Uber’s and Lyfts are plentiful in Destin or you can walk to Norriego Pointe and catch the water taxi over to the boardwalk and local restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Dear Guests,
As you depart, there are a few departure procedures with which we ask your assistance and appreciate very much for helping with. Departure time is 10 am sharp and the cleaners will arrive shortly after 10am. Please Plan Accordingly.

Late checkouts are not authorized and will incur a $100 fee and an additional $100 fee for every hour thereafter. Please plan accordingly.

These small things will help ensure that there is a smooth transition between guests and will hopefully give us the opportunity to allow early check-ins.

Please…
**Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided**

- Wash/ Dry all used beach towels. Cleaning crew will fold and put away. Please ensure sand has been shaken off any items before placing in washer.
- Load/Start the dishwasher. Cleaning crew will unload it.
- Place used bath towels on bathroom floors
- Strip sheets of used beds and leave on floor.
- Remove all items from the refrigerator/freezer and dispose of. Condiments may be left.
- Take all garbage out to the dumpster located out front.
- Clean used pots/ pans/ skillet (Do not put in dishwasher).
- Sweep up any excessive sand
- Ensure all doors are closed/locked, lights and TV's are off
- Ensure all towels are accounted for. (Beach and Bath Towels)
- Check all drawers (under the bed) and closet for personal items.
- Your code will expire at 10 am the day you check out.
- Leave home in good order. We don’t expect the unit to be spotless, but extensive messes increase cleaning times and will result in additional cleaning fees charged to the guest.
