Enjoy the peace and serenity of this mountain view guesthouse nestled in heart of Wears Valley. Along with the guesthouse, you'll have access to a private fire pit, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture, and a swing set. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse has accommodations for 4 people with a queen bed in the bedroom, a futon couch or an optional queen air mattress (upon request) in the main living area, and amenities such as a 65" flat-screen TV and internet. Conveniently located close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and the GSMNP!

This property is part of beautiful Wears Valley which offers you breathtaking views of the mountains with the convenience of all the most popular attractions. This cozy home has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Start a fire in the fire pit or stay in and watch your favorite shows on the 65” flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime.

When it comes time for dinner, head over to the fully equipped kitchen and prepare your favorite meal. For dinner with a view, make your way to the lighted fire-pit and BBQ grill and dine under the stars.

If you'd rather get away for the day, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Townsend are 15 minutes away and Gatlinburg is 30 minutes away.

We have a Ring doorbell installed at the front door of the guesthouse. This allows us as hosts to interact with guest while we are away and as protection for our guests. This devices video footage will not be viewed or shared unless absolutely necessary. One of things we take very serious is the privacy of our guests. We want our guests to feel safe and at home while staying with us.

This is a lovely little guest house. Everything clean and neat and so cute.It has a great outside area with play area for kids and firepit and charcoal barbeque. We did not use. Located in a nice quiet area, close to the busy places. Wear Valley is also a fun place; resturants and shops.

We stay here every year that we are able to attend the Jeep Invasion. The communication is fantastic and we never worry about anything when we stay. The cleanliness is definitely five star and I highly recommend!

Cozy place

My in laws stayed here during our wedding week. It was nearby to where the wedding party was staying, making it convenient for including them. The hosts were very polite, helpful, and communicated quickly during their stay. The in laws liked being able to do laundry and thought the place was very cozy.

Third Stay

I can not say enough about this property and its owners. This is our third stay and we will definitely stay again. I never stress about whether we are going to be safe or if I’m going to have to clean things myself. Check-in is super easy and convenient, communication is and has always been quick. You are just a few minutes from everything but far enough to enjoy the quiet!

Great communication. Excellent property, off the beaten path but close enough to the Great Smokey Mountains, dining, and activities. This was everything we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Scott and Brittney were such wonderful host, we didnt have to contact them for anything. They thought of everything! Direction to the house was easy. Quick check-in and check-out. I cannot say enough about how clean the guesthouse was. Super clean! It had everything we needed and then some. Definitely will be staying here again! I am going to recommend The Guesthouse to family and friends!

Guest Delight

The guest house seems small on the outside but was big on the inside. The design was minimal but didn't leave spaces bare. There's a TV in both the living room and bedroom. Great sizes and services. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful! The drawers are auiet close. The silverware and dinnerware matched. I loved the bathroom. The size of the shower was amazing! The whole house was nice. The hosts were very kind and asked if we needed anything to make things more comfortable. They had a binder with important information along with places to go. If I had any complaints it would be I needed a broom and dust pan. They had cleaning supplies so it was easy to keep things clean. I just wanted to make sure we left things in tip top shape when leaving. Everything was really nice and I'm glad they offered their guest house. P.S. There was a beautiful view of cows from the kitchen window. Loved seeing the wildlife near by. Wonderful hosts.

Family vacation

Very nive location. Perfect size for our family of 4. Very clean and well taken care of. Host was very nice and helpful , answwrimg any questions we had and checked in on us which was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!!

Spotless and beautiful!

Our host was so kind and accommodating! Property was absolutely beautiful. It was just my daughter and I and she loved the little playground area. The floor was so clean you could’ve eaten off of it. This was so close to everything we wanted to go to, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. I especially love the distilled gallon of water. They left by the coffee bar as I never use tapwater for my coffee. It was like they knew me personally.😍🙌 we will be back!

Smokey Mountain Stay

Good place to stay near Smokey Mountains National Park. Quiet location about half way between Pigeon Forge and Townsend on Tennessee side of park.

Love this little hideaway

Great Place to Stay!

This place is the perfect spot that is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is spacious and everything was nice clean. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our messages, and even warned us of a tornado warning on one of the days. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others!

Great property

Excellent property with great location. Just west of pigeon forge and east of wears valley. A short trip to caves cove. Inside is very efficient and SPOTLESS!!! 1 bedroom plus a pullout futon? That would sleep 2. Very spacious. Would definitely stay head again when in the area. You will not be disappointed.
