Newly renovated home featured in March 2023 Golf Digest

Completely renovated home with two oversized master suites on the lower level with modern and upscale bathrooms. The downstairs family room has a huge vaulted ceiling that is open to the kitchen and dining room. This unique floorplan is a perfect setup for a large family gathering with plenty of seating and space to be comfortable. If you want a more private area, visit the upstairs media room with 80 inch TV and Bose surround sound. The Amazing chefs kitchen includes all the bells and whistles, including Bosch equipment double oven, and huge island with seating.

The dining room opens to the extremely large and secluded outdoor area. Numerous dining tables allow for seating for 16 people. An upper patio with firepit and comfy seating is the perfect area to roast some smores after a long day. Don't forget the hot tub! This new addition in 2024 is the perfect secluded spot to enjoy and will seat 7 people.

The home is located across from the Master Golf Tournament entrance gate and just minutes from tons of restaurants. If you want to relax, this is the place you will never want to leave! This home boasts so many amenities you will feel as if you have a luxury resort all to yourself.

This vacation home was definitely more than we expected. This year was the first time my family has spent apart from our personal home, so we all decided to meet at a central location. We have never used a Vrbo booking and let me tell you, we couldn’t have pick a better place. Our host Kathie William has already spoiled us. She has set the bar so high for other booking that may be in our future. She literally thought of everything for our stay. She left us a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, all the way down to setting up a Christmas Tree. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Great space for my family. Kathie was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs and wants. Thank you again Kathie. If a Vrbo booking is in our future near Augusta, we have already decided that your place will be our first choice. Thank you again for such a memorable stay.

Perfect Family Rental

This house was top notch! We had extended family in town for an event at Augusta University over Easter weekend.This was the perfect amount of space and upgrades that made everyone from 13-54 happy.We will definitely stay here again. The host was very easy to work with and communication was 5 stars.

The house is beautiful and very taken care of. Close to downtown and shops/restaurants. Very well stocked there was nothing that we needed very roomy and comfortable.

Amazing Home

The house had everything we needed. The home is gorgeous and spacious, there were 7 of us in the home and we had plenty of privacy. My favorite room was the media room. It’s so cozy. Kathie is amazing to rent from. She was very responsive and even took the time to send me a list of her favorite restaurants when I asked for recommendations. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great house and location!

We had a great stay at this house! It was better than the online pictures and descriptions. The layout is open and spacious which allows for entertaining. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Access to the house was very simple with the electronic keypad. We would definitely rent again!

Our stay was 5-star. The home is beautiful with modern furnishings, a large chef's kitchen and an open and generous layout. The design of the home allows enjoyment of both indoors and outdoors seamlessly. Communication was friendly and fast and Katherine was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property and manager to anyone staying in the area.

This home has a unique and open floor plan. With two private master bedroom en suites with king beds on the main level, and two oversized bedrooms with quest beds on the second floor, you will have plenty of space for everyone. An additional blow up queen mattress and a crib is available if needed. Escape to the media room to watch your favorite movie with Bose Surround sound speakers or enjoy the main level with many seating areas for the entire group. With 3 separate patio areas, you have many choices!

One of the top things people find important in a hotel is bedding and cleanliness. You will find both in this National Hills home. All beds are super comfy and have hotel quality linens and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped and a RecTec grill is available for your outdoor dining. The highly sought after National Hills neighborhood is located off Washington Road and there are numerous restaurants and three grocery stores within 1 mile.
