Come stay in an update top floor unit at The Lift Condos in downtown Breck. Beautifully updated, quiet, clean condo. Very walk friendly, updated 3 bd 3 full bath plus loft space and reading nook with pullout, 9 separate beds. In winter it's an easy 3-minute walk to Quicksilver SuperChair on peak 9 and always an easy 2-minute walk to town and hiking trails. Parking for 2 cars in the covered at unit reserved parking space. Updated everything with new beds/ furniture, washer/dryer in unit, access to outdoor pool and hot tubs next to unit. Books, fun board games, even a 60-game cocktail arcade table and foosball in unit. Perfect location for our nephews wedding reception. We walked to and from the clubhouse. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. I wish we could’ve stayed longer

Perfect Accommodations for Family of 5

The condo didn’t disappoint! Very clean comfortable beds and furniture. Close to downtown (a few minute walk) best breakfast in town right across the street at the Blue Moose Host was very helpful and accommodating! I would stay here again in a second!

Amazing Rental

Fantastic location near both lift access (8 Min Walk) and town (5 min walk). Unit was fully stock with all needs including kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Would definitely rent again when back in Breck. Owner was very responsive and welcoming.

Perfect Vacation Rental :)

We loved our time at Justin’s home! It was perfectly located within walking distance to Main St. and especially close to the coffee shop for our morning coffees. The condo was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. There were 4 adults and two children in our group and we were all comfortable with enough space. The swimming pool / 4 hot tubs were just a minute walk away. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place

Justin was so easy to work with. The condo was very clean, cozy and well stocked. My husband and I brought our adult sons and their girlfriends, and we had plenty of room. The location was ideal for us. We like to park the car, and walk everywhere, which was exactly what we did. It’s a short walk to peak 9 and to Main Street. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo in Breckenridge

We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge with a family of five. Very will outfitted condo with plenty of space and great location. Pool / hot tub area is nice and easy to access. Less than 10 minute walk to The Maggie / Quicksilver lift. Justin was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this location for your next trip to Breck.

Fantastic Weekend in the Mountains

Perfect location to use as a base for a group of skiers ranging from beginner to expert. We loved being able to hop on the Quicksilver chair as a group in the morning, and eventually find each other at the Maggie once the lifts started closing. Never had to move our car since everything we needed was within walking distance. The condo itself was well equipped and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. Would definitely come back.

Family week in the mountains

This was a perfect property for a family. We have 6 children ages 8-18 and there were so many fun things in and around the condo for the kids to do when we came back from our mountain adventures. There’s a Pac-Man 2 player game, foosball coffee table and a closet stocked with games, books and puzzles. The property’s heated pool and condo is just a few steps away.our older children appreciated the proximity to shopping and dining. The unit was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for a wonderful week stay during the summer.

Wonderful Condo!!

This condo does not disappoint in any way! It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of 9 (myself, my wife, four daughters, and three boyfriends). The kitchen and washer/dryer are well stocked. There is a closet full of games as well as a foosball table and video arcade player to enjoy after spending a day on the slopes. The location is perfect… it’s a leisurely 5-minute walk to both the Quicksilver lift (at the base of Peak 9) and the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Justin was a wonderful host! The checkin process was very easy, and the guest manual answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful time, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time with our family of 7 (5 young adults). The condo was spacious, clean, and cozy-comfortable. Justin was among the best VRBO hosts that we've experienced and we travel frequently. I sincerely appreciate Justin's effort to ensure that a Christmas tree was available for us to use. Above and beyond treatment! The condo is perfectly located for skiing with a short walk to the Peak 9 base including ski rental that offers storage. We walked back to the condo for lunch each day. Also, super close to one of the better ski towns in the state (IMO). We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for our family trip! The location was located within walking distance of everything! The condo was well equipped everything we could possibly need was available to us! Although we did not need all of the beds, there were enough beds in there to sleep at least 14 people comfortably! The game table, was awesome we all had a blast playing it, was perfect for the times we wanted to stay inside! Make sure to open the blinds looking out of the living room area, we did not realize what an amazing view we had looking out until about half was through the stay, WOW! The owners were awesome and was easy to reach and accommodating. We would rent this condo again!

Two reasons we picked this home: Location and layout of the unit.

Location: being located 5 minutes from the lift allows us to bring our little ones to and from the condo with ease. 2 minutes to main st and the bears and restaurants of Breck. A paved walkway makes the walk very easy for us and our 5 and 7 years old. Although near everything very quiet with no attached neighbors on any side.

The unit layout: completely remodeled with a perfect layout out for large family, multiple families or large groups. with two suite style bedrooms with a bunk room and a maser set up as well as a loft with a bedroom.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location and layout cannot be beat in all of Breckenridge. Quiet living, covered parking, ski locker storage, outdoor pool and hot tubs 1 minute away. This is a unique unit.
