A three-bedroom apartment in the iconic Bat Yam tower has two sun terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and a panoramic window with breathtaking views. It is a very unique apartment, you will not find another in the area like it!
It has 3 large bedrooms, each with a quality double bed, and air conditioning. In addition, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The tower also offers a gym where guests can exercise while staying.
The apartment has ample open space, With a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment has a sensational view of the sea from almost every corner of the house.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standard down to the last detail.
It has 2 large balconies, one from the living room and the other from the master bedroom.

According to government law, in order to get an exemption from VAT, the passenger named after the booking must provide a passport photo and a B2 entry permit, which can be found at the airport when you arrive in Israel.
Therefore, it is very important to keep the note and send it to us as soon as you receive it to prevent unnecessary payments.
* Israeli citizens are not exempt from VAT, and must add 17% to their booking price.
