The sunroom offers a space to play games. The master bedroom has its own private patio -- ideal for morning coffee.

If you can tear yourself away, there's a lot to do in the area including hiking, cycling, golfing, and the Living Desert!

LIVING AREAS

Unwind in the open plan living room while watching a movie on the 60in TV. Or get comfortable on the sectional sofa with your favorite book while basking in the glow of the gas fireplace.

French doors open to the sunroom, which serves as a second living area or game room. Relax on the love seat and armchair.

KITCHEN & DINING

The stunning kitchen is spacious and chef-ready, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze.

Perch at the breakfast bar with seating for three. When dinner is ready, gather at the dining table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms (each with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV) and a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio. Enjoy morning coffee or an alfresco meal on the two-seat bistro table. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed. The shared second bathroom in the hallway has a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom has its own separate entry area from the backyard, and serves as a private casita. Furnished with a queen-size bed, this room has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Relax in the large backyard, complete with a swimming pool and private spa. Soak up the sun while relaxing in lounge chairs. Or gather around the fire pit while enjoying a crisp beverage.

The partially covered barbecue area is equipped with everything you'll need for dining alfresco -- a grill, outdoor refrigerator, and sink. Three can sit at the bar, while the outdoor table seats six.

A charming pavilion is complete with sparkling lights and a table for four.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Spectrum Cable TV, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for a maximum of three cars.

Please note, guests can access the garage to do laundry, but garage parking is not available.

Sporting enthusiasts can enjoy public golfing at Desert Willow, a 10-minute drive away, or watch a tennis match at the world-class Indian Wells.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
