Nestled in one of the best neighborhoods near Downtown Orlando (Ivanhoe Village), you'll be within a 5 min walk to tons of restaurants, bars, and unique boutique shops.
Boasting a heated pool, 6-8 person hot tub, custom-made tiki bar, patio area w/seating & two living areas -you'll have ample room to play, entertain or relax in your Tropical Oasis!

The space
The Master bedroom with en-suite is equipped with a 40” smart TV, and has direct private access to the pool/patio area.
There is a queen bedroom, and another room with two single beds upstairs.
Both bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The Master suite has a walk-in shower, and the other has a shower/tub combo.
There are two living room areas, both are thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home with Electric Fireplaces for optimal coziness as you enjoy your favorite streaming platforms on the 65” Smart HD TV.
You will have access to a top load washer and a front load electric dryer for your convenience, along with 2 parking spaces in the driveway.
The backyard is fully fenced in. Additional street parking is available nearby if needed.
Guest access
You will have your own private front entrance with access to the entire home.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. My only request is that you please make sure your pet(s) are up to date on the flea and tick medications.
