This spacious apartment offers breathtaking views, modern design, and convenient location. The provided amenities will make your stay memorable. And the location makes it easy to get to many places of interest. Wholefoods Supermarket is across the bridge toward Downtown (2 blocks away), Publix supermarket within 3 blocks, 0.9 miles to Bayside, 3 miles to Wynwood, 3.5 miles to Design District, 5 miles to South Beach, and just steps to Brickell and Downtown Miami.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is fully furnished and ready for your comfortable stay.
• Modern and concise design;
• Queen bed in the first bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room;
• TV in every room;
• 2 Bathrooms;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Balcony with a spectacular view.
As our guest, you will get access to the gym, pool, and SPA. If you would like to use SPA services, please make a reservation.
Paid valet parking is provided by the building:
0-1 hour $13.00
1-4 hours $21.00
4-10 hours $26.00
10-24 hours $44.00
PLUS $2 gratuity fee.
Lost Ticket: $34.00

NO IN/OUT PRIVILEGE
The valet parking will only fit regular size vehicles. Oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is bigger that the standard size car, please contact us before making the reservation.

The residence is located within the so-called the “30-minute live-work-play circle,” in the epicenter of Miami’s business and financial district and surrounded by parks and historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle. Trip here is perfect both for leisure and business purposes.
You can conveniently move around by public transportation or taxi.
Please note that each guest must be registered with the Master Association and receive an Unaccompanied Guest Amenities Card to access all the amenities of the building.
Please be informed that a fee will be charged by the time of the check-in only in cash (it has to be paid directly to our host)
From: 4:00 PM till 6:00 PM $15
From: 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM $20
From 9:00 PM until 12:00 AM - 40$
After 12:00 AM - 60$
The apartment is not equipped with the heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, the replenishment of these items is not provided. Please be kindly advised that washcloths are not provided as well.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.
Please be aware of the below are the ICON rules and regulations that must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest.
TRASH
Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01. Example 2501.
Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor.
Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level.
NOISE
No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 11 PM and 7 AM.
DRESS CODE
Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas.
BALCONY
Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed.

It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.
**If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.**
• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.
• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
**If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.**
• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.
• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.
• Keep home items inside the house.
• Turn off AC when leaving the house.
• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.
Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:
Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Lost Key $100
Carpet Stains (spills): $50
Lost FOB/Access Cards: $100 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)
Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
