PIL4 - An immaculate updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, with every convenience & amenity. Enjoy many more unique features in this multi-level Summer home. Bath & laundry located in the basement is accessible from a bonus room. Gas grill & outdoor slate patio for your enjoyment. This owner provides 2 courtesy beach tags to Jenkinson's Beach. Surely a place to make many shore memories with your family. Parking in designated spot for one vehicle + additional parking permits provided for any available street parking not in a metered area. Beachside location - no access to boardwalk/beach from street but its still just a short &easy distance to go around to Broadway!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Cottage by the Inlet

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The location was excellent! One short walk to the beach and Jenks Beach Bar. The house was very nice, very much a beach cottage. It was a little difficult to assess the layout of the house by the listing and the locations of the shower/bathrooms but we made it work. The listing does show that there are 2 bathrooms and two showers but one of the showers was an outside beach shower (which was good to have) and the second shower was pretty much right in the dining room (not much privacy). The second bathroom was in the basement near the washer dryer which was next to a room with a twin sized bed next to the deck area which didn't have air conditioning. The outside deck area was a huge plus and we used it daily to have breakfast outside which other cottages around did not have .I think it would work great for a small family! Also, for anyone who needs to make several pots of coffee, make sure to bring your own coffeemaker because this house only has a Keurig,. We did not notice this specified on the listing. I would love to rent again next year but we might need just a little more room.
