Nice 3 bedroom duplex penthouse with lovely views over the tropical gardens and pools towards the sea.
This spacious and elegant penthouse is a two minute walk to one of the best beaches in Marbella. The penthouse consists of a spacious living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathrooms, and a separate guest toilet.

Gran Bahia is a prestigious development just 3 km from the centre of Marbella. Built to highest specification by award winning developer. Within walking distance of the five star Los Monteros Hotel.
The Gran Bahia complex is situated opposite the Santa Clara golf course and just past the popular Rio Real golf course.
Set in a glorious location with an abundance of exotic flowers shrubs and lemon trees.
Four pools one heated all year round ,temperature of the pool is 32 degrees with privacy and seclusion uppermost.
24 hour security at it's highest with remote control entry underground parking and lifts to apartments.

Lovely stay just outside Marbella

We had a great time at this apartment. The pictures and description are accurate. The pools are great although most closed at this time of year. The kids loved the heated pool. The beach is a 5 minute walk away with a nice cafe/bar. Car hire is recommended although there is an Aldi walking distance. Thank you very much!

Amazing penthouse inside a 5 star resort just a step away from the beach

The apartment was amazing! Very spacious, modern and spotlessly clean with 2 very large sunny terraces with amazing views. The apartment is modern, equipped with every necessary appliance and very comfortable. Step outside and you are on the beautiful beach in less than a minute walk. We found the beds extremely comfortable with new and fresh sheets. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom. It is the location and amazing views from the large terraces that make it so special. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, walking along the beach and relaxing on the terraces. I think this must be one of the best apartments for the price. The area (Bahia de Marbella) is great. Very safe and near everything, Marbella centre, shopping in la cañada and a less than 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus.. Can only recommend and hopefully will be back soon!

Excellent comfortable location for exploring Marbella and Malaga

Pros: This place is an absolute gem! A seriously beautiful resort, close to everything, even the beach. I highly recommend it!!! Well appointed for those of us who cook, everything a traveler would need to feel at home. Don’t stay elsewhere!! And you will fall in love with the patios! And don’t forget the numerous lovely pools, one of which is heated. Cons: There are only few complaints. We had to rewash all the silverware, glasses and plates when finding dirt and grit. Not a big deal, the dishwasher easily took care of it. The washing machine worked great, but I had to scrub black mold and layers of old detergent out of the dispenser compartment first. Again, not a big deal - we didn’t mind. And lastly, 60% of the staircase lack railings. Specifically, only the highest level of the stairs have rails. So, when you’re going down the sleek pretty marble stairs, you’ll need to turn on the lights (one of which is burnt out) before hugging the wall where the rail ends, as it turns down around to the lower flight to the first floor. Be careful if you’re wearing socks, you could easily take a header.

Great location next to the beach and only a short drive to Marbella.

Great location next to the beach and only a short drive to Marbella. Lots of dining options nearby. Location and view were important to us as we wanted to be able to enjoy our time away without needing to go far. The apartment fully met our expectations will an incredible uninterrupted view across the tropical gardens to the sea and all day sun. The apartment was presented absolutely spotlessly clean, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely large terrace perfect for enjoying the sun and the incredible views. The beach was just steps away, the pool was so clean and inviting, parking was close by and easy too. Beachside restaurants are easy to walk to. Best thing without a doubt is the view from the terrace, it really made the holiday perfect. Would definitely recommend if looking for an apartment in this area.
