What you are about to experience is one of its kind plush and furnished home. This ultra large 5 Bedroom/5 Bed home is situated in one of the premier neighborhoods of Louisville, KY. With restaurants and retail shops just around the corner and plenty of green space, there’s more life to be lived! This beautiful home flow seamlessly into a system of parks, plazas, trails, restaurants, coffee shops, swimming pools, salons, YMCA, amphitheater, town center and other upscale recreational amenities.
The space
When you are a guest at this property, you are within 20 min drive to Louisville downtown, Churchill Downs, Bourbon trail, Airport and much more recreational stuff. This entire house is 3 story home comprising of 5 bedrooms. To add cherry on icing, 4 out of 5 bedrooms has their own full-size bathrooms. Isn’t that cool! Don’t stop expecting more. 4 bedrooms has queen bed set. One bedroom had twin size bunk bed. Master bedroom upstairs has its own bar, Microwave and a coffee maker too. Multiple sitting areas throughout the house provides everyone with their own space while having everyone under one roof. A fully equipped kitchen provides you an ability to cook and serve your loved ones. If that is not enough, a media room and cardio equipments in the basement can keep you entertained and healthy.

Shabby, not chic. First, the host was very responsive before and during our stay. The check in process was very easy. However, the carpets were dirty and stained, flimsy mismatched bedding, no mattress covers so thin flimsy sheets were directly on top of mattress, yuck! Light bulbs were out in many fixtures. This home looks like it was furnished from Goodwill at best. The front door mat is frayed, chipped painted dog "sculpture"on front porch, told me before I ever entered the house that it was a neglected property. Tile missing in bathroom, weird bathroom rugs, hole in comforter/bedspread in one bedroom. Would be nice to have bedside table with a lamp in each bedroom. This house is shabby. Lots of room, lots of ensuite bathrooms, nice appliances in kitchen. However, water filter on fridge warning light that filter was over a year expired, coffee filters were wrong type for the coffee maker, and the list goes on.This house could be very nice if it were cleaned well, and appointed with nicer upholstered furniture and better bedding. The neighborhood is beautiful. I'm sure the neighbors are not happy that this property is so neglected and shabby.My friends and I were not comfortable in this house.

Beautiful home.

The house was perfect and in a great location. The host was very accommodating and was easy to reach out to. This was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space for everyone.

Lovely spacious house, very clean.

5 BR, 5 BA was awesome! House was very clean. The inside patio fireplace was not working but would have been nice to enjoy. Spacious house. Missing lightbulbs in light fixtures, not providing luggage racks, and nightstands in some bedrooms would have added to the amenities. Our group of 10 adults would definitely rent tjis house again!Missinlightbulbslight bulbs

Beautiful area of Kentucky

Great neighborhood in a highly sought after city! The home is beautiful and is in a short driving distance of shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the interstate. Please pay attention to the pictures as the houses are very close together but we never experienced any issues. Also, there is a small fenced in area but no grass so if you are traveling with pets please plan accordingly. However many spots in the neighborhood to walk dogs including a nice sized dog park. Excellent time in KY

Not for families!

What this house has going for it is bedrooms and bathrooms. In other words, you can pack a lot of people in. What it needs is to be shut down for a week and some serious maintenance and cleaning done. Our 3 year old grandson cut his hand on the coffee table glass in the first half hour. The glass was broken and should have been removed but was instead held together with tape. The floors were so dirty that the kids socks and bare feet were black! There was no information in the house and we had to request the wifi password from the owner. The tv in the lower floor did not have a remote so was unuseable. Every light fixture had bulbs that were burnt out leaving many of the rooms very dark. This looked like a place that is probably popular with the bachelor/bachelorette groups.

Norton Commons

The house was great! As mentioned in the other reviews, the only drawback was that there are not any televisions in any of the bedrooms. In fact, there are only two televisions in the entire house. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home that needs upkeep

It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful home hasn’t been maintained well. Carpets are stained and so dirty. Furniture is old, light fixtures missing so many bulbs. Linens mismatched, bathrooms with weird mats and shower curtains.

The property is in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of nearby businesses. A well built home. When I had questions or issues the response was in minutes, and was taken care of.

Great place!

This was a beautiful home with plenty of comfortable beds, seating areas, and bathrooms. Stayed here with 5 other adults on a bourbon walkabout, so it was great to have so many bedrooms. The neighborhood is cute, with everything you need close by.

Great stay

Neighborhood was great - conveniently located for the bourbon trail and with plenty of dining choices within walking distance. House was clean and in great shape. Few items were out of service such as the outdoor fireplace but nothing we couldn’t live without. Would definitely stay there again. Couple things to note though. No TVs in the bedrooms, so if that is a deal breaker for you. And all of us thought the beds were definitely on the firm side.

Comfortable Home, Great Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for a short family vacation. It was comfortable, the layout worked for four adult couples, and the neighborhood was great for walking to a variety of restaurants. The owner was responsive when we had a quick question. All in all, we were happy!

Sons Wedding

This house is beautiful and the neighborhood is equally beautiful. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and sitting on the porches.The house is conveniently located to everything. Having 4 on suite rooms was perfect for family of all ages. Everything was provided that we needed with lots of towels and washcloth's,which is a plus. Host is a pleasure to work with and is quick with responses. We would definitely rent this property again.

Bourbon trail

There were 4 couples for a four day weekend using the property as a starting point for the Bourbon trail. The house worked perfectly and provided space for all yet areas to meet together. The neighborhood is very nice for walking in the morning or evening, and dozens of distilleries are within 45 minutes of the house. Communication with the owner was immediate, and there was plenty of parking.

Granddaughter's Wedding

We were in town for my granddaugter's wedding along with family. It was great to have so much room. Space to be together or a little tike for yourself. Great area, was able to get out walk. House had a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. But the most important things was that the place was very clean! If ever in the area again and need a place for lot of people I would stay here again. The only reason for the four on commutation was because wasn't sure of check out procedure.

Really nice

We stayed over the weekend . The place is beautiful and clean. We did cook meals while we were there. Could have used a few more bigger pans , cookie sheets, and some plastic tubs to put leftovers in . Would definitely stay here again. Good communication with host when We had questions. Thanks again for sharing your place.

I bet you cannot take of your eyes off of this house. This 3 story house is built in 2019 and you can now understand the contemporary aspect of this house. This house is no cookie cutter. Each house in this community is built distinctively unique.

This neighborhood is a town inside a city. It has its own everything. Right from bakery, restaurants, market place, parks, amphitheater and you name it, its there!
