Lavish in 4 gorgeous salt water swimming pools. One of them with a 75’ waterslide (adult approved) and a sandy bottom Beach pool. There are 3 amazing Restaurants and comfortable lounges surrounded by happy Koi in a lush water garden. Full service menu and bar outdoors at the Pool & Spa, Free Wi-Fi, Business center, covered parking. Coin-op laundry on site, 24 Hour Spa & Fitness Center, a Salon for hair, nails and up-do’s. Starbucks coffee is a wonderful morning option on the first floor. Plus sundries, clothing, gifts, and ATM on site.

By booking directly with me, you AVOID paying $35/day resort fee. However, the Hawaiian Cultural classes, which can include Hula and Lei making, are not included in this booking/stay. No daily housekeeping or towel exchange with the front desk or housekeeping.

Medium size refrigerator to make the most of your stay. Small keypad safe, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and luggage racks in room for your convenience.

Parking fee is $35/day and paid at check-in directly to the resort. The Resort has been making some gorgeous upgrades to the resort., construction might be on going during parts of the day, M-F, 9-5.

Great host

Jennifer could not have been more attentive - checking in several times to be sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and the refrigerator was a huge asset. The resort has a beautiful pool and hot tub with waterfalls.

Wonderful stay

The room was simple, clean, and quiet, with access to lovely amenities at the resort. Jennifer was easy to reach and checked in often to see how everything was going. Very helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful time.

Anniversary Celebration

1st— Host Jennifer is caring, efficient , and GREAT to work with. 2nd—location. Room is on top floor overlooking the mountains and near elevator to main lobby (restaurants to right). 3rd.— Kauai Beach Resort is lovely, need not leave, however, it’s centrally located for adventures north and south. Staff very friendly. 4th—room is well equipped , comfortable beds, central AC, large bath towels I highly recommend Jennifer and her facility. Thank you

Amazing location and resort!

My husband and I stayed at Jennifer's property for our wedding and honeymoon. It was in a fantastic location! We loved the accessibility to anywhere on the island with a 5 minute drive to the airport or grocery stores. The resort was extremely clean, the pools were great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are 3 places to eat, each had great food and drinks. The view from the bed closest to the window was amazing. You could get a lovely view of the hawaiian landscape. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. We used the mini fridge/freezer provided to help cut down on food costs. The giftshop near the lobby offers Starbucks drinks and refreshers as well. Jennifer's communication was awesome, she answered anytime we needed anything and was helpful with suggestions and advice as well. We had the best stay at this resort, had everything we needed and will be coming back!

Simply amazing resort, from beginning to end Jennifer is the best host.

My mom and I stayed for the first time in Kauai, our stay was great couldn't have asked for more. Jennifer made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed she was so helpful and the most communicative host I've ever had. This resort is absolutely stunning, beautiful on the beach the views from the fifth floor were breathtaking. The beds are both very comfortable. They have everything you need and more. No noise from where we stayed. Very peaceful and conveniently located to everything on the island! They have starbucks coffee downstairs with restraunts, great food. The pool was gorgeous and all the staff were so friendly. We were so sad to leave. We will be back! You will love it here as we did! Mahalo

Amazing Kauai Resort

My wife and I went on our first family vacation with our year and a half year old, and we had the most wonderful time!!! This resort is seriously incredible. The location is perfect, right in the middle for short travel to north or south shore. We made frequent day trips to both sides of the island and loved the central location!! Also really close to shops, good coffee, grocery stores, great food—everything you need! The resort is absolutely incredible. The pools are great, especially if you have kid(s) and the private beach was a treat. We would go every morning to watch the sunrise and our son loved playing in the sand!! Jennifer is a great host and was very helpful. The room was clean and as described—the added small fridge was a life saver!! Book your stay here, you won’t regret it! Kauai is beautiful and this resort is wonderful, we had an unforgettable time.
