Come and stay at a freshly remodeled cozy home built in the 1940’s. The home has one bedroom with living room with pull out couch, a galley style kitchen, dining room and bathroom with large walk in glass shower and soaker tub. Smart 55” TV in the living room and WiFi access for your work.

We are centrally located to Freed Hardeman University and downtown Henderson. Only 20 minutes from Jackson.

We’ve tried to stay here several times, but it was always booked. We finally found an open date. It was a great stay. The house is what is described. The kitchen and bathroom are huge. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. The host was very attentive. It could use some lamps to soften all the LED lighting. The Bluetooth speaker in the shower was a nice extra.

Better lighting

The house was good size and nice inside. Very clean and neat. The main negative was the lighting. Each room has several led lights in the ceiling with one switch for all of the lights. The wattage is very high and rather uncomfortable. We thought a dimmer switch would be very beneficial. A shear curtain on the front door would be nice to cover the full size glass.

Cute house, good neighborhood

The house is cute. As listed, the only bathroom is a long way from the upstairs bedroom. The layout of the home is a little strange. The kitchen was large, as was the bathroom. A number of the bath towels were stained. And the master bed could use a blanket. Overall, a good stay.

Cozy Cottage

We came to the area to attend a Christmas Concert. We needed a nice place to stay for the night. The property was easy to find and the place was very clean and quiet. There was even a supply of coffee and snacks with instructions to help yourself. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was so cozy. We loved everything about our stay in Henderson. You could walk downtown so easily to grab coffee ms food. Wonderful!!

Ford Take Over

We had a great stay and the property was very clean, updated, and close to everything that we were there to do. My only complaint is that there was no place to hang our clothes. We would like to come back next year if it is available when we find out the dates to the ford takeover car show.

Awesome Hideaway

We were in town for a wedding, by far we had the most convenient location. This place is awesome. The renovation and decor are amazing. Super clean, great use of space. Loved all the rooms. Would have liked to had access to a closet to hang up some clothing but not a huge deal. All in all we loved it. Probably the best vacation rental we have had thus far in our family travels. Great Value!

Leap Year Baby Birthday Celebration
