Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, rustic and freshly remodeled cabin. Located right off the Archbold turnpike exit just miles away from Sauders village. Enjoy staying inside by the cozy fireplace, 10 acres of wooded property along the tiffin river, direct access to fish the river, and enjoy miles of Scenic views with direct access to the Cannon-Wabash Bike and Walking trail!

Room for plenty of guests with 3 bedrooms one king, two queens and a pull out couch.

We came from KY to visit my precious sister and brother-in-law and have stayed at many cabins through the years, and this by far was the best. Easy to find and right down from Sauder Village bakery lol.The cleanliness was absolutely superb and the cabin smelled wonderful. Everything down to the littlest decoration was dusted. You just don't see that anymore. The amenities were out of this world. The beds were very comfortable and had the best sheets and bedding. This cabin has everything you might ever need. We couldn't believe how well stocked everything was. Loved the "great" room. So much space. Loved the farmer's sink. Loved the large showers. New, nice big washer/dryer. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of parking and massive yard with lighted outdoor seating. Braydon, the host, was super responsive and we could not have asked for more. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.

Gorgeous property! Great amenities. The owners thought of everything. Even children’s dishes. The only draw back was the primary bed. We found it so stiff and uncomfortable we slept on the couches the second night. The secondary beds were comfortable. The property was super clean and very spacious.

Cozy and beautiful cabin

Stayed the weekend in this cabin. First impression of the cabin was amazing. Super cute decor, spacious, beds were so comfortable. The master shower was the best. Had a cute fire pit with lots of chairs and a table outside Also had a grill and lights that strung from the cabin to the outside building It was so pretty at night. Only down side was the traffic noise was pretty loud. Kids had a great time walking the trails and seeing the old Tiffin bridge. Would recommend to all my family and friends.Host was great, and allowed us to have my son's graduation party there.

Peaceful perfection!

My family and I went for a visit to watch our son's college graduation. The house was perfect for the 5 of us plus my mother and sister. The property was very peaceful and absolutely beautiful. I was able to enjoy my morning coffee while watching what I believe was a beaver travel back and forth doing his morning work. Should we have the opportunity to come back we would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Great Private Cabin

This cabin was great. Awesome location, so much to do in the area and on the surrounding land. The Wabash trail and Tiffin River are right out the back door. The house is very well equipped for all cooking. Great living area with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. We will certainly be back!

Perfect for a week.

We were in the area for an event in Wauseon. Large, clean cabin with EVERYTHING we needed including smores ingredients for the campfire. Well kept property, inside and out. Easy checkin and checkout. Host answers posts very quickly. Highly recommend.

Three couples from different states stayed for the tractor show in Wauseon. Highly recomend this place for any group desiring clean, safe, fun area.

Always a lovely stay here!

Great place!

Great place to stay for a family wedding. Had a well-stocked kitchen and all the things we could need. Nice area to hang out and visit, either while cooking, watching a movie or playing games. Really cute area outside for a bonfire... we wished we were staying long enough that we had time to enjoy it! Very welcoming hosts. Great stay!

Very quiet place to rest!

Beautiful property with a great cabin. We stayed in the fall and the leaves were amazing! Communication with the owner was simple and efficient. We would definitely stay here again if in the area again.

Quaint cabin near Sauder Village

The cabin was welcoming, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week travelling back and forth the short distance to Rug Hooking week at Sauder Village. Will be booking again for next year.

Wow!!!!

The CabINN is nothing short of spectacular! From the decor, to the property every detail is well thought out. We were in town for a family reunion and the house very comfortably accommodated myself, husband and dog, as well as my brother his wife and two teenage daughters. The outdoors has everything you need, a grill, fire pit, swing, hammock, and walking trails. The house is spotless, with everything you would need to cook or eat at in if you wanted to. I truly cannot say enough good things, we travel regularly with our dog and have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this is the best we’ve ever stayed at. The owners are the nicest couple and do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect! When we are back in town, this is the only place we will stay! 5 Stars!!!
