Coastal Chic Suite w/ Kitchenette & Private Entrance

Welcome to sunny Saint Pete! My place is centrally located so that you can get to downtown shopping, restaurants and the new Pier—or drive to the Gulf beaches—in less than 15 minutes.

The guest suite is separate from the house and has its own parking. Let yourself in via private entrance using the keyless lock.

The space includes a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and cooking options. Fast wifi, 55" 4K TV with streaming apps, and a full-size soaking tub are a few of the many comforts.

THE SPACE
Thoughtfully designed single room and bath. Kitchenette, trundle bed, expandable workspace/dining table, storage armoire.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire guest suite is yours, the paved walkway has outdoor seating, and there’s ample parking for two vehicles, a camper, small boat, etc.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Parking is behind the house, and there is room for two vehicles. There is no parking on the street or in front of the house.

Cute Beach Themed Getaway

This property was accurately listed and perfect for my work trip. It was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The decor was very well done and there was everything you would need here. The mini fridge had a separate freezer which was great and the hosts supplied me with plenty of coffee. I will definitely be back.

Thanksgiving in St. Pete.

The property was nice. I did have a little trouble finding it because I got there after dark, but that was because of horrendous traffic on the day before Thanksgiving, Overall, I enjoyed my stay; it was only 15 minutes to my son's apartment. I would definitely stay there again if I travel alone.

FL vacation

David is super friendly and easy to communicate with. The space was well thought out and decorated to provide you with a home away from home feeling. Quaint and charming! The location was ideal for just myself. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Displaced; I found refuge and calmness

I was displaced due to my condo being flooded during Hurricane Helene in FL. I looked for a place for at least a week I appreciated the decor, atmosphere and quietness of the unit's location because I was dealing with a difficult situation and the city looked like a war zone. The unit had all the necessities I needed for my stay. The unit is very well kept and clean. I liked there was a separate entrance in the back where I could park my car. David answered my text or emails promptly. I enjoyed my stay and I'm sure anyone who selects the unit will enjoy it also.

Everything I could have wanted!

Looks just like the pictures. It is very roomy and perfectly decorated. They thought of everything you might need. Very secure. David came by shortly after I arrived. Gracious & helpful. Seven minutes away from daughter. Perfect in every way! I will be back at least once a quarter to visit again. Thank you so much, David. So much better than a hotel. It was just what I was hoping for.

Great little retreat

This space was perfect for our visit! It was just my teenage son and myself so the room size was perfect. It's close to lots of places to eat and places to visit. It has a designated parking place so I never had to worry about my vehicle. David was a wonderful host and always quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again! The only trouble we had was initially finding it. The directions say to look for the yellow door and you cannot actually see it from the alley when you drive up. Thank you David, for such a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home!

Amazing experience!

Absolutely loved our stay!! The space was smaller, but perfect for two people. David provided everything we could’ve possibly needed, ranging from aloe vera gel to chamomile tea to umbrellas for the beach. I would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area :)

Weekday work stay.

Plenty of parking. The place is (as advertised) small, but, somehow not! For one person or a couple, this has you covered with all you’ll need.

Very well furnished centrally located unit.

This was a return stay at this property, and both times the owner was very accommodating with arrangements. The well-appointed room has freezer/frig, microwave, induction hot plate, cookware, and other kitchen appliances. The elegantly decorated unit has very comfortable trundle twin beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood midway between downtown and the beaches, and the host gives access to gear for the beach.

Adorable comfortable place to stay

David was really friendly from booking to checking out. It looked exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. David really has everything you might need easily accessible. I stayed for a quick work trip and I will definitely rebook if I have to come back.
