This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and fur babies! We each had a room, the house was welcoming and well stocked! The kitchen had everything one would need and more, the only thing I would add is a Keurig but I travel with mine just in case so no biggie! The AC was fantastic we were actually cold! The pool was amazing and the deck around the pool does not get hot with bare feet even in 109 degree sun beating on it, it was impressive! We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time! We throughly enjoyed the pool. The house is spacious and beautiful. Everything we could have needed for our stay (swim towels, appliances, kitchen ware) was available. We would definitely stay here again. We were sad to leave.

Here for a graduation

Property was super clean and spacious. Provides you with all the necessities from tp, paper towels, hairdryer and soaps. The pool area was large with plenty of seating. Loved the splash pad area for my 3 year old grandson. Would definitely rent again!!

Spacious Home with Pool

The home is nicely appointed, spacious, and well maintained. The pool/patio area is very enjoyable. It is located in a nice neighborhood convenient to shopping and many golf courses.

Not for snowbirds

The location was good as we are golfers and there were plenty of opportunities nearby with reasonable prices. However, the garage is not available and we would keep our clubs in the office area. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms. We were only given a dozen hangers for 3 people. When I asked for additional storage I was informed that I could purchase them on my own as this property is intended for short term stays. There were several quirky things about the house that probably aren’t a problem for short term but not more than a few days. I wouldn’t return to this property.

Perfect house for our Thanksgiving trip

Augusta Chandler was the perfect house for my husband, me and my 2 grown children to spend Thanksgiving near my mother-in-law. The house had everything we needed and Elite VR was very responsive to our questions while we were there!

Stayed at this property in December. Kitchen, bedrooms and neighborhood were wonderful. I did some cooking and kitchen was PoolWas not heated but did not plan to go in anyway. Was a bit loud because of highway by pool but I did enjoy my stay immensely.

Quick visit to Arizone

My family came for a quick visit and. High-school football game. We arrived at the houae and it was exactly as it was described on VRBO. Our family had enough room to spread out and loved their outdoor area. We would definitely atay here again.

Great Family Getaway with All Amenities

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was well-equipped with all the amenities and necessities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The neighborhood was peaceful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. While there was a bit of street noise, it was barely noticeable inside and didn’t bother us at all. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great Chandler Get away Spot in Proximity to Everything.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and well maintained. Other reviews regarding the lack of kitchen items etc. seem to have all been resolved. In fact, there was an Amazon box with new pots and pants for the property management company on the porch when we arrived. The house was furnished as described in photos. It was the perfect house for our family of 4 to have enough space to stay/hang out and sleep. If we would have to share a single drawback, it would be the lack of a pool heater. Despite being hot in Phoenix the vast majority of the year, the desert gets chilly when the sun goes down in March. Kids could hang out in the pool for about 30 minutes during the sunny days, but the water temp was only in the 60s, so it didn’t last long. The bedrooms were all well furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Each room also had its own TV and reliable WiFi. Great place. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Needs a lot of attention

Kitchen was poorly stocked as far as cooking pans, no casserole dishes at all, kitchen table was broken, patio furniture was dirty, attic access is falling out of ceiling, looks like there’s been severe water damage in the bathroom.
