NEW! Pool House at Lake Mac

This newly remodeled home has so much to offer for those families looking for a long getaway to Lake McConaughy. Not only does it provide entertainment for all ages at the outdoor pool when the weather isn't quite right for the beach. But, with the expansive fenced-in backyard it provides plenty of space for games and evenings cooking at the grill.

With three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, there's more than enough space for everyone to clean up after a day in the water. While others cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or on the new natural gas grill located just outside the french doors in the dinning room.

Whether you're looking for a small family reunion with the kids and grandkids or a getaway with your family friends, this home is right for the job.

There are quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Inability to comply with house rules, will result in additional fines at the guest expense. Pool is closed October-April.

Nice home but no pretty views because we were in town. It was close to restaurants and we took advantage of that. We enjoyed lounging in the pool. Our host went above and beyond to make us happy.

The family loved the pool! This kitchen was well supplied and all of my family loved the basket that had games and things for the kids to do. Our hosts were super great and they did the extra to make our time there wonderful. I will definitely want to work with our hosts again if we ever have another family gathering here in the future.Thank you!

The pool house was a perfect place for our family. There was plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The host was both responsive and thoughtful. Despite some cool days, swimming in the heated pool was a daily treat.

Amazing

The property was clean and set up very well, beyond what we expected. The pictures in the listing and description really don’t do it justice. The host was amazing. Anything you need is right on hand and the heated pool was great! The house is close to everything you need as well.

Perfect lake house getaway

We had a great time, the pool and backyard area were amazing! Super close to lake mac and also close to the grocery stores in Ogallala! The house was very clean and host was very responsive. Even had a cute welcome basket when we checked in. We will definitely be back again soon!

Perfect for Family Trip!

We needed a place for 5 adults and 6 kids to stay while we visited family in Arthur County. This house was wonderful! All the adults had private rooms and the kids had a great slumber party in the big room with 3 beds. The kitchen and dining table fit all of us. We came in winter, but are already talking about how it would be great to come back in the summer and spend time in the pool and backyard. Leah and Amy were wonderful to work with! Great communication and went above and beyond to take care of us! Was a great experience and hope to do it again!

Very courteous Property Manager

On the date of our arrival, I was contacted by the property manager with news of the previous tenants doing some damage to the property, so they reached out to see if we still wanted to stay there. They were very nice and courteous about the situation and were able to put us up in another location they had in Ogallala. So, we didn't exactly stay at this property but were able to still have another place that was very nice to stay at. It was at We had 4 guys that were in Ogallala for work, so we just needed a place to sleep and shower essentially. The neighborhood that we located to was just north of this place in a nice quiet area and the house was in really good condition with lots of amenities. Overall, it was a good experience working with the property managers and would recommend going through them.

Good location and we really enjoyed the heated pool but the overall communication/responding was not the greatest and the cleanliness was not great. It is an older home but there were dead bugs in all window seals, a dead mouse just outside the front door, we saw several spiders which is expected in a house. One of the beds had a few holes in the sheets so I wonder if a moth hasn’t been eating at the linens. The pool was very dirty on the bottom and did not look like it had been cleaned in months. Once we were able to get a hold of the host they were very nice, but I don’t think I would ever stay there again. The place could use some updates and leave a broom or something for us so we can clean up as it was easy to track pine needles into the house because of the beautiful trees surrounding the property. The yard was nice and big and the fire pit was an extra bonus we enjoyed.
