Beautiful 2BR/2BA Condo. Holiday Hills Near Branson Landing/No Stairs

Our goal was to create an environment where you could relax and feel at home while taking in the many attractions of Branson! The condo is located at the beautiful Holiday Hills Resort, just minutes(about 2.5 miles) from Branson Landing, historic Branson Downtown, Lake Taneycomo, and the convention center but away from the noise and traffic.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size pillow-top memory foam mattress. There is a walk-in shower in the master bath and two sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with one full bed and one twin bunkbed. This bedroom has a full private bath as well.
The living area features a comfortable sofa, a recliner, and two large armchairs as well as a 64-inch flat-screen Smart television. The covered patio is ground level and just off the living area. It is a great place to relax as you enjoy the view of the golf course.
Our condo features YouTube TV in the living room as well as both bedrooms, and wireless internet. Netflix, using your own account, is available. You can even record shows while you are gone and watch them later. The kitchen is stocked with small appliances, cookware, and a Crock Pot, whether you plan to cook dinner or just have breakfast before you leave for the day. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well as an iron and ironing board.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The host was extremely attentive and offered support if anything was needed. It was excellent for our pets. We highly recommend this property for any family or friends. This will be out go to property anytime we are in Branson.

Great location, Wonderful unit! Close to what we wanted to do and easy to get to, but in a peaceful location. The end unit with no stairs was perfect for us and my elderly parents. Everything in the unit was very clean, comfortable, and neatly decorated. The kind owners were easy to communicate with and provided all the information needed. We wished we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay close to Branson but just out of the craziness we highly recommend this VRBO.

Branson get away

This condo is beautiful, cozy, clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed every minute of our time here! The condo is fully stocked with everything you need…. It was our home away from home! David and Linda were great hosts and very prompt with anything we needed! Very convenient location and beautiful views as well! We will be back especially since we could bring our fur babies with us!

Fantastic location

We loved everything about this AIRB&B. The beds were comfy. It was very clean and cozy. Loved the no stairs our dog loved it too. The location was perfect. Not real close to traffic. The pools and activity center was close to our condo. Great stay!

This property was was extremely comfortable and easily accessed. The location was quiet and very close to Branson. The owner was very helpful and kept in communication with us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION

It’s minutes from Branson Landing, but quiet and cozy!! I came with my mom and 2 kids under 2(daddy had to work) and it was the perfect spot!! Pool for my toddler and he loves the golf course!! We will be back and bringing my puppies too!! The owners are beyond helpful and kind. The hospitality was excellent! I didn’t want to leave!

Lovely Stay in Branson

We had a great stay at David's place in Branson. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Also, something important to us, was the ability to pull right up to the unit. We have a toddler so we appreciated not having to go up/down stairs or down long corridors like most vacation rental places. I really need to reiterate how clean the place was! We have already told David that we would like to stay there again should our travels ever include Branson.

Just Perfect!

Everything about this condo was perfect. It is a bottom floor condo which made unloading the car a breeze. We had a great view of the golf course and a small pond. The condo is a short drive to all that Branson has to offer. The inside is very spacious and the owner has many extra touches that made us feel like we were at home. The condo was beautifully decorated for the fall season. They truly have thought of everything to make your stay pleasant. The owner checked in with us to see if everything was ok and if we had any concerns. We highly recommend the condo and would stay there again for sure.

Concert Get-Away

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect for us and 3 older boys. The 3 bed bunk room was perfect. Each bedroom had it own bathroom, which was nice. They are also dog friendly. The property backs to the golf course. It was peaceful. We enjoyed a concert at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and explored downtown Branson.

Hilltop Hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Hideaway. It was very clean, well stocked and had really comfy beds. It was peaceful and quiet. Loved the golf course view. Host responded quickly and was very nice. The information/communication from host was the best we have experienced. Will definitely stay here again!

Last Summer Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. We have stayed at this resort many times and it is still one of our favorites. Communication with the owners was great, they checked on us mid stay to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice getaway

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. I loved that it was on the ground level, which made it very convenient for unloading, loading, and walking pets. Great view of the golf course, and close to all of the attractions. Our host was very helpful by giving us all of our check-in information before we arrived. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Branson.

Awesome place, felt like home away from home!

We had a great time, used the pools, the entertainment area, the play ground, pretty much everything. The rental was very nice, clean well furnished, great TV options, unbelievable view of the golf course, very quiet, and felt very safe. We absolutely loved it!!

Linda and I were born and raised in Texas. We were both lifetime educators and retired after 30 years working with young people. The day we retired we moved to Conway AR to be near our girls and their families. Since then, our families have visited Branson numerous times each year and have fell in love with the area. We decided to purchase a condo so we could spend more time here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Beautiful area and so much to do for the entire family at the Holiday Hills Resort. Condo is just minutes (2.5 miles) from the Branson Landing and the new convention center but away from the noise and traffic. There a so many things to do at the resort for adults and kids, you could actually just stay on site and have a great vacation.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

No stairs at all. Condo is Walk-in, Walk-out. Parking is often available very near the front door, but not guaranteed or assigned. Clean and comfortable. TV's in every room. Quiet and comfortable. Tons of amenities (4 pools, Golf course, Disc Golf, Tennis, Large game room, café and much more).The unit above is owned by a wonderful local lady who owns and lives there, so there is very little noise above you. Netflix access by using your own account. You can get to it from the DVR. Go to My Programs and scroll all the way down to where it says "Netflix". Also use the DVR to record shows while you are out and about and watch them later when you get back to the condo.
