You can't beat the location!
Guests will be asked to sign House Rules/Terms of Service online after booking within 24 hours.
Laundry area is shared by my brother who lives in the main house only about 4 months of the year (when not at his home in Europe or traveling elsewhere).
Gym is shared with ME! :-) but I will work around your schedule --- or I can be there with you as your gym buddy. YOUR CHOICE! :-)
2 outdoor security cameras clearly visible for safety -- one covers front door and driveway the other covers the side yard between apartment and main house. 1 indoor camera covers entry into gym/laundry.
They are only monitored when the house is UNOCCUPIED unless there is concern and a reason to view them when guests are present.
