We're pleased to join VRBO as Super Hosts on another site with dozens of reviews, and 100% are 5 stars. You can still check us out over there, but we prefer that you book on VRBO. Pricing is the same but we like VRBO's policies and probably leaving the other once we get known here.

We're excited to share our 7 acre ranch living with saltwater solar heated pool and spa, open spaces, wildlife, breathtaking sunrises over Vasquez Rocks and star filled nights. Just minutes to dining, recreation, shopping and more. Your 950 sq. ft. guest house has a full kitchen open to a spacious living area, oversized bedroom and bath, with private porches front and back. Enjoy your gas fire pit in back and smokeless wood burning fire pit in front. Want to bring your horses? We can accommodate.
The space
Welcome to your gated ranch home on a private road off of Agua Dulce Canyon Rd. It feels like we're in the country but close enough to city life when we want it.

We're on 7.25 acres. Feel free to explore!
Other things to note
Enjoy spotting wildlife, deer, coyotes, bobcats, foxes, raccoons, possums, eagles, hawks and more. Our little goats are curious to meet you and chickens laying eggs. Help yourself.

Keep your children and pets close, especially at dawn and dusk.

Bring jackets year round. We're at 2,800 ft. elevation. Nights can be brisk and sometimes we even get snow in winter!

Serenity near the city

A tranquil escape from the bustling city, yet close enough to explore everything. A comfortable, well equipped casita that allowed us to relax and rest after busy days. With a great view of the Vasquez Rocks and the privacy of a long drive and pasture out front it was a perfect little paradise. We loved every moment spent there.

Beautiful ranch retreat with great hosts

The home was spotless and very well equipped. Furnishings were all very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. The ranch was so quiet, exactly what we expected and wanted. Greg & Teri were great hosts and we enjoyed meeting their critters. We would definitely come back here!

Greg and Teri were wonderful hosts. They made us feel at home. They were very generous in sharing their beautiful ranchette with us. From fresh eggs from their chickens to firing up the hot tub for us to relax in after a long day, they were great. We would definitely plan to stay here again if we get the chance. The property was great and Greg and Teri are really nice and genuine.

Vasquez rocks stay

Greg and Terri were lovely hosts. They quickly replaced the refrigerator that was not cooling. The pool and hot tub area is peaceful and relaxing. The one bedroom has a queen bed and two trundles which is good for a family. The bathroom is very large and everything was very clean. Would gladly return.

Comfortable Country Stay

We enjoyed our 2-month stay. Love hearing the distant chickens and roosters. The bed and linen were very comfortable and didn't lose a night's sleep. And we loved the large shower. Teri and Greg respected our privacy and were very quick to answer any questions. They would go out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Great people as well - the type you could easily make friends with. We highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to rebook if ever in the area.

Bill and family were lovely guests. They took care of the home as I'd it was their own. They were quiet and we hardly saw them, but when we did they were delightful. Over the course of 2 months, we enjoyed getting to know them. Definitely guests we would love to host again.

A Desert Oasis Next to Vasquez Rocks

The perfect spot for anyone in the entertainment industry filming at one of the nearby movie ranches on in Santa Clarita. The owners Greg and Teri are a retired stuntman and a publicist. They are gracious hosts who provide any number of amenities. Float around the pool and hot tub, which can be heated or cooled depending on the weather. Admire the many chickens and goats on this pretty ranchette. Enjoy fresh laid eggs for breakfast when the hens are obliging. The Vasquez Rocks are visible out the front driveway. (You can practically hear Captain Kirk fighting Gorn the Lizard). The backporch and front porch are perfect for gatherings and enjoying morning coffee. The electric gate provides extra privacy and seclusion. Greg will even lend a scooter to let people in, if you ask nicely. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig Coffeemaker. Spacious closet. Enormous shower. All the delivery services from restaurants to grocery delivery and alcohol delivery will drop off at the gate. If you let them in, they will drop off at the front door. A wonderful experience. I stayed for two weeks. Hope to stay again.

We're a family of 4, living in the main house. I'm 65 yr old, Teri, working from home as a Publicist. My husband, Greg, is a retired veteran of Vietnam and was a stuntman for TV and film for 27 years, motorcycles, car jumps, chases, wrecks, high falls, and fire gags. Our son, Christian, works for Triscenic Productions, managing sound stages, facilities and operations. Christian's 8 year old daughter and our granddaughter, Hope also live on site. We would love to see you here!

You'll love your sunset views of Vasquez Rocks, starry nights, and being in the country, with restaurants, wine tasting Sweetwater Farms grocery store just a few minutes down the road in our little town.

Enjoy your solar heated salt water pool and spa and fire pits front and back. You have your own covered front porch with seating and BBQ. Your back porch overlooks the pool and has a dining table, ping pong table and gym equipment.

Feel free to roam the acreage. Gather fresh eggs from the Chickens or ask us and we will bring them to you.

Agua Dulce Winery is a 7 minute drive, and such a delightful family friendly place. They have llamas, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, peacock, mini horses, rabbits and more. They have family games, horse shoes, corn hole, lawn bowling... Great picnic areas and you can bring your own picnic or order delivery or buy there. Oh yeah, and wine tasting too of course!

Vasquez Rocks Natural Area and Nature Center can be seen from our property and is a 4 minute drive. Everything is free, including the parking.

It's just a 3 minute drive to our little Agua Dulce town, actually named "Sweetwater". We have 3 restaurants including the best Mexican food at "Maria Bonita". We also have the greatest tiniest hardware store that you must see, packed neatly with you name it! And we have a incredibly stocked little liquor store and grocery store. People ride horses into town, and we're on the Pacific Crest Trail. We love our home!
