Brand new build (July, 2022) located in the heart of Grand Bend! * This is an affordable option for a small groups of 4 or fewer! You are renting the lower unit of a 2 unit home. It has its own separate entrance and spaces. The only shared space is the driveway. You are steps away from coveted shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main beach. The main beach at Grand Bend is a Blue Flag, award winning beach with spectacular sunsets. Your rental of this lower unit gives you spacious accommodations including a fully equipped kitchen , 2 bedrooms, wifi, 2 SMART Tv's (you can log into your own Netflix, Disney + Amazon etc), laundry, and outdoor covered deck with bbq and fire pit. You have your own separate entrance and amenities. This lower unit is more spacious than many entire cottages in the area.As this is a brand new build, please be aware that there are existing builds on the street and also current construction. Grand Bend is happening and it's the place to be!

Welcome to Modern Living! My name is Jen and my husband's name is Tony. I'm a mother of 4 and I fell in love with Grand Bend the very first time my family and I visited. We knew we found a gem of a place and followed our dream to design a brand new build. Now we are thrilled to share it with other travelers and families. My husband Tony and I want you to experience the joy we do when we come to GB.

This property , called Modern Living (in Grand Bend Ontario) is a 5 minute walk from the main beach. You are steps away from shops and restaurants. This unique house is luxurious, stylish, modern and unique. It is a brand new build (July 2022) and has 2 units. Each unit has its own outdoor space, BBQ, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Each unit gets 2 parking spaces. If you are familiar with Grand Bend, you will know that parking close to the beach is golden! This property is winterized and Grand Bend is absolutely lovely in the fall. Enjoy a bike ride or hike at the local Pinery Provincial Park, explore the local wineries and golf at the nearby golf course. Grand Bend is increasing in popularity and being called the "Whistler of Ontario." It has become a winter destination with cross country skiing, skating, sledding, snowshoeing and winter hiking available at the local Pinery Provincial Park as well.

We offer 2 separate rental units here on VRBO/Expedia. You can search for the upper unit listing and the lower unit listing. Smaller groups of 6 or fewer can enjoy a more affordable option in the lower unit. Its price is comparable to a hotel, and this rental is actually closer to the main beach than the local hotels with value added (more space, BBQ, outdoor dining area, more parking, laundry amenities & fully equipped kitchen!) The lower unit is a walkout basement and the guest feedback has consistently been "It does not feel like a basement!" This walkout unit has plenty of light and tall ceilings. The upper unit provides the option to enjoy an even more spacious feel and the luxury of the rooftop deck is second to none.
