This waterfront oasis features a cozy living area with plenty of space for the whole group to gather.

Cook together in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with an island and stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for 8 while enjoying your view of the water. At night, rest well in the 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV.

This light and airy condo boasts a well-maintained interior featuring a King bed in the Primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony. The third bedroom has a King bed. They share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a 2 Twin beds and Full Bunk beds. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Additional conveniences include a private washer/dryer, dock access with shore power and water, and a beach just a few minutes away. Four bikes and two kayaks are provided.

Treasure Trove is nestled in a unique and private location, but close to area beaches, restaurants, and shops. It boasts a waterfront infinity pool, grills, and boat and fishing docks. Just behind the condo is the Intercoastal Waterway, perfect for beautiful views and plentiful sightings of dolphins and manatees. You will not want to miss this fabulous vacation opportunity with fun for everyone.

WHAT’S NEARBY:
Treasure Trove is situated on Boca Ciega Bay on the barrier island of Treasure Island. There are many local restaurants within a short walk. Treasure Island boasts miles of gorgeous white sand beaches and that 'Old Florida' feel. The famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is just two miles away. It's home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars, John's Pass Village has something for everyone.

-There are 2 boat docks with shore power and water available
-Dock water levels typically around 8 ft, but this can change with changing tides
-1 dock spot for a boat up to 50', $199 + taxes per week
- We cannot accommodate trailers on the property

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
