A dining area for four is also part of the living space. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (two single mattresses) and a wardrobe. The apartment offers a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A dedicated parking space is available directly in front of the house. A washing machine and dryer are provided for communal use in the basement (for a fee). Pets are not allowed in the "Haus Strandburg.
