The Home
You`ll have the entire 1,260 sq ft A-frame to yourself, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Two queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the loft, and two full bathrooms. Open-concept living area with classic A-frame architecture, soaring windows with pine-filled views, Smart TV with YouTube TV and Netflix, fast WiFi, and in-home washer and dryer.
Originally built in 1963 and thoughtfully renovated, the home blends mid-century architecture with a modern Tahoe aesthetic—warm woods, natural textures, and clean lines.

Pet Policy
One well-behaved dog welcome with prior approval. Pets should not be left unattended or on furniture.
Winter Season
AWD/4WD strongly recommended. Driveway plowed during larger storms; pathways cleared prior to arrival. Shovels and de-icing salt available.
Good to Know
• Exterior security cameras at entry points, facing outward
• Electric bear wire around windows and doors (common for Tahoe properties—instructions provided)
• Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles (no street parking per county regulations)
Please treat our home with care and respect as if it were your own. During your stay please take extra care to not leave food out overnight or unnecessarily, to dra. Please take out any trash in supplied trash bags and place outside in the locked ‘bear box’ trash bin.
Check out is at 10am and our cleaning crew arrives promptly due to same day turnovers / check-ins. Please leave used towels on the floor in bathrooms. Please wash all dishes, or load the dishwasher and start the cycle. Please place any trash securely in the locked bear box out front (just open the top hatch or the key is hanging on the side of it, trash pickup is Wednesday morning). Please turn the heating down, lights off, fire off, and make sure doors are locked and bear wires activated.
