The private hot tub offers the perfect remedy for relaxing after an eventful day.

Inside, the modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, grab a seat at the kitchen bar or the adjacent dining table. The cozy living area features comfortable, plush furnishings - settle in here and enjoy a movie on the smart TV. A gas fireplace adds comfort and allure while you unwind.

Lot's of space in a great location!

We've stayed at this home three times now! It's so close to great restaurants, and walking trails, yet it's tucked away so you can't even hear the highway. It has plenty of space for our family of 4 plus a friend. The hot tub is a great feature too.

Beautiful home, great location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Horizon Haven. This beautiful ranch style home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on one level. There are only a couple steps in the front of the house, and from the garage into the house, which is great for anyone with mobility issues. The beds were comfortable and rooms well furnished. This pet friendly home also has a fenced back yard! Perfect location to enjoy all the sounds of nature verses noise from the city….but not too far from town should you need something. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re staying in the Pagosa Springs area.

Checked All The Boxes

Short Getaway & Ski Trip

The property is VERY cozy and clean! The kitchen is fully stocked! An amazing hot tub to unwind from a day on the slopes! I definitely recommend this place and would book it again!

Clean and Comfy

This home is clean and comfy. Everything was clean and well maintained. Hot tub was clean and hot. Had confusion with booking and was figured out within the hour. Would recommend this home to anyone!

Pagosa Springs

The house was later out really well and so well stocked. We used the grill a lot and with a small dog the fenced yard was great. The area around had great side walks and you could walk 3 miles round trip without going on the road. One warning - the master bed is high - for someone small you get your exercise!

Great house, great location

This was a great home to stay for our Pagosa vacation. The location is close to restaurants and stores, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We saw deer just about everyday at the house or going to or from. The house is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We’ll definitely rent again!

Pagosa Lake/Springs was great

We really enjoyed everything. The house had a great layout. The use of the garage was an added bonus. The yard for the dog was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and people were very friendly. Would go back in a heart beat. Thank you VRBO and Vacasa and the property owner for sharing. Vacasa checked in with us upon our arrival and communication was great. Pagosa Springs is a beautiful town with lots to do.

Relaxing stay

Very clean and cozy. Hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. Bunk beds are perfect fo kids. Neighborhood was quiet. House is located on a culdesac so that limits the traffic and the noise. Location is easy to get to and close to uptown. Close to walking path. I would rent this house again.

Well appointed clean home in a quiet neighborhood that is great for families and dogs. We loved the gas log fire place and hot tub soaks after days of skiing.

I would recommend this place 10/10.. house was clean, hot tub was in TIPTOP condition, that was a BIG plus!!! The house is located in a neighborhood that was very calm and divine. Couldn’t have asked for better.

FANTASTIC HOME!!!

This was our 5th Annual Girls Wknd of friends meeting up. And a Celebration of Life for one of them who had gone on ahead earlier this yr. The house, its location (the Celebration was @ the Tennyson Center), the yard for dogs, layout of the home, close proximity to City Market, the great walking trails all equaled an amazing wknd!! We hope to rent it again next yr!! THANK YOU for sharing such a warm & welcoming home w/us!

Super Nice and Clean!!

This house was awesome. Looks new, super clean, well decorated. High quality towels, best stocked kitchen I've been in (we cooked alot and it was like being in my own kitchen) Quiet nieghborhood, slept with windows open every night. Loved the shower! Nice large garage to store car and our Ebikes! Next to bike paths, and walked to the lake in the evenings.....It was perfect!!

Comfortably cool stay!

This is a roomy home in the Pagosa Lakes area. It was perfect for our family plus our dog. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog and we even saw deer walking through the easements several evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, though you will have to bring all your spices if you want to really cook. The AC was perfect to take the edge off the afternoon heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home

Lovely and comfortable home. The key box was a bit of a hassle, but with great communication from management got it taken care of quickly. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded my beautiful trees. We enjoyed our stay.
