Your HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided as standard and a washing machine is available so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We want our home to be your home away from home so relax, get comfortable, have some fun and enjoy your stay!

AIR CONDITIONING/ Heating
Our home has the benefit of air conditioning and heating. You will find a Nest on the wall in the hallway across from the room with the double beds. Please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed whilst the AC/Heat is running to ensure it operates to maximum efficiency.

CEILING FANS
Our home is equipped with ceiling fans to help keep you cool. Each fan is operated via remote that is on the wall of each room. The light is also controlled by the remote. Do not flip the wall switch as this will deactivate the remotes.

LIVING ROOM SLEEPER:
The larger couch in the living room can be slept on . The spare sheets are in the laundry room in the right hand cabinet on the very top In bedroom.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

The Dishwasher:
It's very simple, we promise! We provide a supply of tablets under the sink- you will need to insert one into the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Press the button that says “Cycles” for the cycle choice. By pressing the “cycles” button multiple times it will change your cycle options (you will see this with the blue light.) It is automatically set for “Heat Dry.” By pressing the play button the cycle will begin.

The Fridge/Freezer:
You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know. The fridge dispenses filtered water and ice.

The Oven & Stove:
The stove is a four burner electric stove. To heat the burners simply turn the knob of the desired burner to desired heat.

Coffee Maker:
• Single serve: Place mug under drip tray, select “single”, Press the Lift to Open button to insert K Cup, shut till you hear the click and press Brew, now
• Carafe: Select “Carafe”, Place filter and coffee grounds in the top, fill carafe with up to 12 cups of water and pour in reservoir, Press “BREW STRENGTH” button to change strength to bold, Press Brew Now button to start.
• You will also press “Brew Now” to turn off the machine.

LAUNDRY APPLIANCES

We have a washer and separate dryer located in the laundry room by the garage/Game room. There is a supply of detergent and Dryer sheets for your use. To operate the machines place the tide pod in the washer (please don’t eat it), simply select the soil level, wash temp and program you want, close the door, press the grey “Start” button in the center and the cycle will begin.

For the dryer please check and change if needed the lint filter at the top of the dryer after each use for the best result. You can then load the dryer, insert the snuggle, select the time, temperature, make sure the last knob is pointing at “on” and press in to begin the dryer.

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we will charge appropriately for repairs or replacements. Thank you!

TELEVISION
Use the LG remote to turn on and off the TV. Through LG you can access any Hulu, Netflix, Sling or Starz TV that you have accounts for. The volume on the LG remotes are on the right side of the remote.

To access Cable please use the Cable remote.

CHAIRS / TABLES
If you move any indoor furniture or patio furniture, please put  them back to their original positions when you are done.

SMOKING POLICY
No Smoking!! It goes without saying that there is absolutely NO smoking inside. If you must smoke please go outside and be respectful and throw away the buds.

EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBERS
For emergency services please immediately call 911. Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen.

SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS
We have a smoke and/or carbon monoxide detector in each bedroom. The detector will alert you of any smoke or carbon monoxide with an alarm and voice alert. The smoke alarm is batter powered so it will remain operational during a power outage.

UBER/LIFT
Download the app! We use both Uber and Lift frequently. They are easy to use and usually have no problem finding the home.
