Clean and perfect

We would absolutely stay here again. The condo was clean and cute and we had a great view. The resort in general was nice with heated pools but if you are looking for great food every day stay closer to town. It’s limited, pricey and mediocre at best. All in all, if we want to go be away from crowds and parties it’s our kids, we will always come back here.

Beautiful condo, highly recommend!

Our family stayed in this condo and it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The space is very clean and the finishes are amazing! The condo was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you’d need. It overlooks the main pool and offers stunning views of the ocean. One thing to mention for others visiting, the condo does not have pool/beach towels and the hotel only rents them ($5 per day). this may have been on the listing and I overlooked, but I recommend bringing beach towels. Also, it doesn’t have a grill, but the hotel has charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal and supplies). They do have a market which is nice to get some items which was nice. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you to the hosts for offering such a great place to stay in Rocky Point.

Excellent Room/Resort not quite ready

The room was fantastic! The location was amazing! The beach had a private beach feel to it. The resort, however, (Encantame Towers) maybe opened a bit too early. They had water problems causing some amenities to temporarily close a few times, and Wi-Fi issues as well. I thought the cafe/Starbucks/convenience shop which sells water and other drinks, closed too early (6pm- and that’s their late summer hours-usual time is 3:30). This place is located in the lobby and should allow guests to purchase things from the drink coolers (water, canned beer, soda) all night. The swim up bar was nice but it also closed early because of water issues. But even when they had water, they close early at 7:00. This leaves a very nice, but very pricy on site restaurant as the only place to get a drink of any kind after about 7:00 pm. The Pools also close at 10pm and don’t open until 9am. This aspect wasn’t horrible, however having to go sit in our rooms by 10pm instead of relaxing at the pool with a drink while on vacation in Mexico seemed a bit like a forced curfew. All that being said. It will be a beautiful resort when it is complete for sure. The room itself was again, amazing and had everything my family and I needed.
