About this space
Relax with the whole family at this cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located 25 mins from downtown Denver, 25 mins from Boulder and just 35 mins from Denver Airport. Easy access to all major highways.
The space
Our house is a 3-level house with a private backyard.

On the main level of the house there is a formal living room, formal dining room, and kitchen. The formal living room includes couch seating for 8 and a coffee table. The formal dining room includes a dining room table and seating for 4. The kitchen area includes an island bar with bench seating for 5.

Upstairs includes 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes one king size adjustable bed, private master bathroom with a walk-in shower, and 2 closets. The second bedroom includes one queen size bed and 1 closet. The third bedroom includes one full over full bunk bed and 1 closet. All the bedrooms include TVs with access to Netflix. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.

On the lower level of the house there is a family room, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry room. The family room includes a sectional, rising coffee table, massage chair, wood-burning fireplace and a TV. The 1/2 bathroom has a sink and toilet. The laundry room has a front load washer and dryer.

The backyard includes a flat top gas grill, patio table with an umbrella, and a 5-person hot tub.

You will have full access to the entire house except the garage and basement.

Excellent location

Nice, quiet neighborhood. We felt safe the entire time. The property was very clean, no bedbugs. It was the perfect location, close to the attractions we wanted to explore. Everybody had their own space to chill.

Great place, bigger than it looks.

Very comfortable and clean property. The bedding and beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus after a busy day visiting with family. Nice area, short walk to a big park. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Family reunion

Out of town family came to visit Denver family for Mother’s Day weekend. The house was perfect for three adults and three children. The hot tub was a bonus, particularly for the kids. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the property, the times that we were there were pleasant.

Cozy, clean house

This is a great house! My husband and I stayed here by ourselves, but it's great for anyone with a family. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and my husband used the massage chair several times a day. I used it too. It was great to come back at the end of the day to the comforts of this home. I would stay here again. Also, the host was easy to communicate with.

Comfy and Relaxing

We loved this place and the amenities it provided. An incredible kitchen, hot tub, and a super comfy living room (with massage chair) made the stay extra special. We were close to friends and family in Westminster while being super close to activities in Denver. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable.

The house was very clean and just the right size. Perfect location for traveling to and from the many beautiful areas around Denver. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and local entertainment spots. The host is very professional and prompt in responding to emails. The hot tub and full body massage chair are amazing!

Great location to explore the Denver are

We loved this place. Great location with easy access to Denver, Golden and Bolder. We loved the massage chair!! Hopped in it every morning to start the day and then at the end of the day to unwind. We were there for my wife's graduation ceremony in Broomfield and this place was nice and close. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again

Great spot. We were in town for the Triple Bypass bike ride. Great location. Hot tub was great. Easy and timely communication with property manager. Easy access to plenty of dining and the dry creek bike trail was nice to have close. Thanks - we will be back!

Upon arrival, the home was exactly as described. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area had restaurants and places to shop for groceries. We loved all the little parks in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book this home again when we return to Denver. Thank you.

June stay

We enjoyed our stay while in town for a family wedding. The house is in a nice, quiet area and plenty of room for 4 adults. A heads up that there is an underground sprinkler system and if you are sitting on the patio close to the grass around 5PM be prepared to get wet! The tub in the upstairs bathroom is a bit slanted so my 90 year old dad had some difficulty showering. Some non slip adhesive on the bottom of the tub would have been helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the home.

Comfy Home - Everything works!!

So wonderful to have a Clean, Comfortable and quiet place to stay and sleep. Pre-teens had fun playing cornhole. All enjoyed the hot tub and a few members hogged the massage chair. LOL Plenty of room to spread out in this house and it has such a cute layout. Thankful the ice maker, hot tub, locks, faucets are work as expected (compared to other places). Thank you Neomi for opening your home and the great communication. Would stay again if in budget for the next trip.

Excellent place

The location was perfect , easy access to the highway we needed ! The hosts were easy to communicate with- friendly and responsive! The BBQ grill was perfect. Unfortunately it rained almost the entire time we were there , but thankfully we were able to grill one afternoon ! The massage chair was a real perk ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
