Amazing stay

Convenient location that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was a big game day in town, and it was great having this oasis to retreat to. Awesome backyard, and the pool is a great amenity. Very comfortable and cool home with all the conveniences. Host was gracious and detailed in communication. Very smooth stay from start to finish.

Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the artsy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful trees all around. The home was so accommodating and the beds were so comfortable. Great location to visit our kids at FSU. Would stay again.

Cute, quiet, private stay with lovely pool

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, the large, private yard was relaxing. We loved the little playground and treehouse, though the teens were a little old for playing. The pool was a great hit, we really enjoyed tge stay and all the comforts of your home. Thank you!

Wonderful Property!

This property was perfect for our short stay in Tallahassee. It was stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The area has a family neighborhood vibe, we felt very safe staying here. Tracey, the host, was more than helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect retreat

Quiet area, lovely home. Well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast. Although the weather was rainy and we couldn’t enjoy it, the yard and pool area are well maintained and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Melanie

Great family getaway

Cozy house with massive outdoor options. Owner’s attention to detail is unmatched. Reminder labels everywhere (wireless, lights, BLE speaker activation, outdoor extras, etc.). Also provided charcoals, lighter fluid, and wood for fire pit. Highly recommended.

We spent a delightful four nights at the Artsy Oasis and were sorry to leave. The house was charming, clean and comfortable with a tasteful decorative flair. The back yard was quiet and private with a lovely pool. The Indianhead neighborhood is green and quiet and extremely walkable. The house is ideally located close to the I-10, the center of Tallahassee, museums, the Botanical Gardens, hiking trails and the Historic Rails-Trails bike path. Our host Tracey was helpful and extremely responsive and we thank her for a memorable stay that we hope to repeat soon.

Perfect place for our family of 4

We had a lovely time. The house was as described. There was some very minor tornado damage, which we were notified of before arrival. The host was very communicative. Everything was easy and straightforward. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

The property was easy to find and beautiful! The garden was huge and with a big pool, tree house, fire pit, BBQ and summer house! The house it self was cool and nicely decorated. The master bedroom had a huge bed and tv area. The kids shared a double with another room to play in. The kitchen was well equipped with clean modern equipment. Whilst we was there the gardeners came to keep the grass short. One thing I especially liked was little notes all around the house explaining how to use things and where to find stuff, extremely helpful!

The home was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful. The home was very clean, beautiful and super organized. the pool and yard were amazing. Tracey was great to work with and was very helpful. We definitely are coming back to stay here. We were visiting my Aunt in Tallahassee and who has cats and my daughter is very allergic and Tracy’s home is pet free and very clean. 5 stars for sure

We purchased another home in this historic Tallahassee neighborhood and we get a good amount interest from smaller parties. This one fits a smaller group that wants a comfortable place to spend time while visiting Florida's capital city and it's walking distance from the other property. This allows an even larger group of 16-18 people in both homes. You'll love this home! It is just as pictured but even better in person.
