Centrally located House in Reykjavik

The neighborhood: It is located in a residential area on the South-West side of Reykjavik city center and very close to the University of Iceland and the city center.

Locality and attractions: Food stores nearby, open 24 hours. There is a swimming pool and a gym within walking distance. The cycling and walking path around the city is next to the house on the coastline. Only 500 meters from the Domestic Airport terminal in Reykjavik

Our house is on two floors, on the main floor you have one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), Living room and kitchen and a bathroom. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have two coffee machines, a normal filter one and also a Nespresso machine. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms, both with double beds (140x200cm) and we can add single beds (90x200cm) if needed. Main bathroom with nice shower and washing machine and dryer. TV room where we have Apple TV with all necessary apps, Netflix etc, from the TV room we have a spacious balcony.
From the balcony upstairs and living room downstairs you have an amazing view over the ocean and mountain range and Bessastaðir, the official residence of the president of Iceland.

We have a baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap / shampoo from Soley Organics.

We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.
