Central A/C and heat, filtered water, reverse osmoses drinking water, whole house generator backup on automatic transfer switch.
The master has an outdoor tanning / sun seating area with an outdoor shower. Feels like you're showering right in the vineyard. Umbrellas for shade and privacy.
