Classic Paia surf condo located on the first floor of Kuau Plaza centrally located on Maui's north shore. Your private patio leads out to a large communal lawn and palm trees. Mama's hidden beach is only a two min walk, Ho'okipa a two minute drive, a 5 minute drive to Paia town with unique shopping and great restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to Haiku. You are perfectly positioned for your trip to Hana or Haleakala Crater.

We loved this property. It is a lovely little area just a bit of a way from Paia. The design elements were just right and up to date and made you feel like you were on vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and the cooler to use was a great plus as we do picnics and lots of trips to the beach. We appreciated the updated interior finishes. The access to the beach was easy to find and a lovely little secret. The outer rock breaks just out from the beach were great to cushion the waves on the North Shore. We loved the patio and back access. The bed was vey comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall solid deal for a stay on Maui

Easy check-in, property as advertised, reserved parking space was convenient, being next door to Mama’s Fish House and its beach was awesome. Provided beach towels and cooler for lunch was great. I visited in August so outside temps were in the 80s and much appreciated the AC unit in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment was inevitably warm, but not a problem for me. Likely also a product of visiting during the hot season and being on the first floor, but some insect friends did make their way inside, wasn’t a huge issue for me but wanted to mention in case that’s a dealbreaker for anyone.

Very comfortable stay

Great location in Paia - close to airport and Road to Hana and lots of other activities. Super cute space and decorated very well with comfortable furnishings - king bed was amazing after a long day! Definitely recommend for couples, a family, or a few friends if you want a nice comfortable stay in Maui.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is walking distance from the beach and very closed to Mama's fish house. The condo was cleaned and the kitchen came equipped with most things that you'd need. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here in Paia.

Great Unit at Maui North Shore - Classic Location

Unit is located at ground level, which makes it very convenient not having to negotiate climbing stairs after a long and tiring day enjoying Maui amenities. The backyard terrace makes it for a calm and relaxing location listening to the wind and looking at the tall palm trees swinging. The apartment has everything to make the stay practical and comfortable, we enjoyed very much our stay here. Just a stone throw from MFH, Mama's Beach, Kuau keyhole cove, a short walk to historical Kuau Store to buy refreshments and the like. Very easy. The assigned parking bay made it very easy to cart luggage, shopping or surfing/beach gear. Will look forward in repeating my stay here in the future if possible! Cheers

Great little spot in Paia

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Paia is a great little town with close beaches and cool little boutique shops.

Perfect Place in Paia

We didn’t have the best cell service and Vrbo doesn’t list the unit #, so I had to call the host, who responded quicker than I thought he would! He was very responsive to other questions we had. Looks exactly like the photos, super cute, and the location was in walking distance to a little beach and the famous Mama’s Fish House. Tip: reservations are booked out months, but if you go when they open around 11am or 12pm, ask if you can eat at the bar. We were able to get seats at the bar after we spent the morning at the beach! About a 5 min drive to the main area of Paia where all the stores and restaurants are located. We didn’t have a car, so we just took a Lyft bc it would be about a 20-30 min walk. We would stay here again! Mahalo, Christian!

Peaceful + Clean

My husband and I came to Maui for our baby moon. Christian’s place was perfect for our needs. A spot that’s close to downtown Paia while being juuust enough down the road to get some peace and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and there’s even a little cooler with ice packs for day trips. Beach chairs, towels, small umbrella and beach toys for kids are available. The space was clean, comfortable and you can tell that the host put thought into high need items like sunscreen, after sun care and hygiene items. We would stay here again!

Magical Maui

My daughter and I visited Maui for an Island Wedding. Our stay in this beach bungalow was absolutely amazing… It’s right on the road to Hana and the fabulous mama’s beach is right in our backyard, I totally recommend that you follow the instructions to the beach and do that as soon as you arrive so you can see how easy it is to find and enjoy this beautiful paradise. I’m in love with Maui!
