Riverfront Retreat is the perfect getaway for relaxing and unwinding in the Poconos! Guests return year after year, enjoying access to the entire house, which offers:

* Access to the Lehigh River passing through the backyard.
* Trout fishing from your backyard - guests catch rainbow and brown trout!
* Huge backyard with hot tub, two fire pits, a hammock, and picnic table.
* A screened-in porch with outdoor dining for 4 and additional seating.
* Gas BBQ available. We provide propane.
* Wildlife viewing: deer, beavers, and bears frequent the property.

* 3 bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 3 single beds, 1 double bed, and a sofa bed.
* Fully stocked cozy kitchen with everything you need for a home-made meal
* Coffee makers (French press, single-serve coffee machine, drip coffee machine) with coffee, tea, and sweeteners. Complimentary s'mores station included!
* High-speed Wi-Fi

Slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the quiet in this beautiful cabin, or head out to the multiple close attractions. The cabin is within 10-25 minutes from the ski slopes (Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder), Kalahari, Premium Outlets, restaurants, rafting, wineries, Pocono Raceway, and Mt Airy Casino.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire cabin, secluded backyard, fire pit, and the river passing through the backyard. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival at the house.

There is a paved driveway where you can park right next to the house. The driveway is very steep, so please keep this in mind when booking your winter stay. Approach slowly. During the snowy months, we do get the driveway plowed, but the plowing crew will come after snow has stopped.

Your furry friend is also welcome! Guests bringing a pet must disclose it at the time of booking and pay the associated pet fee. Please note:
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
* Driveway capacity: 4 cars maximum.

Other things to note:
* A signed rental agreement and a security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* Fishing is permitted on the Lehigh River, but you need a Pennsylvania-issued Fishing License. Gear not provided.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am.
* No smoking of any type is permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking-related litter.
* The master bedroom and living room have ceiling fans, and there are portable fans for other rooms.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property.
* Poconos are tick-active spring-fall. Please check after outdoor activities.
* The cabin has a standalone 14,000 BTU A/C unit on the upper level that can take the edge off hot summer nights.
