In Bedroom 1, you'll discover a king-sized sanctuary, complete with a TV for late-night entertainment, and an ensuite bathroom that doubles as your private oasis. Bedroom 2, no less alluring, offers a queen-sized haven with its own ensuite retreat. Both rooms feature blackout curtains for those mornings when you crave extra shut-eye.
Step into the spacious living area, where you'll sink into an ultra-comfortable sofa and two inviting armchairs. Entertainment abounds with a treasure trove of games, books, puzzles, and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
Your culinary adventures await in our fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a dining table for 4 and a welcoming bar counter. Your culinary toolkit includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, not to mention a Keurig Duo coffee maker for your daily dose of caffeinated bliss. Also you'll find an array of kitchen accessories, from pots and pans to mixing bowls and other cooking utensils.

We live in the Phoenix Valley and love getting away to Payson! We've been hosting since 2022 and our favorite part is hearing how guests love our place and the area.

The back patio view is the #1 reason we chose to build on this property. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting out back and enjoying the peaceful view. Seeing elk and other wildlife walk around the neighborhood is a bonus! The property is close to both downtown Payson and two amazing golf courses. What more could you ask for?

Our property is unique in that we care about it as though we lived there daily. It's important to us that our guests have everything they might need, from batteries to a hand tools. We constantly provide minor updates and repairs to ensure that everything is perfect for our guests. More than anything, we are passionate about having a clean retreat.
